Most of the staff that work here are very rude. I sometime order a large iced coffee and they always seem to mess it up and if/when I ask for them to remake it they always roll their eyes and make rude remarks I don’t always go here anymore because of the rude staff. I would really like to get to know/meet the new owners so I can speak to them about all of the workers who have been rude to me I. Some of the staff is friendly, but others really need to work on how they talk to customers. I swear no one has any customer service anymore. No pleases or welcomes to the store. My kids love the happy meals and meals so everyone is happy with the food. And I have always loved how each season/holiday is decorated. There is definitely pride for who owns/decorates. I have had my fair share of issues with this particular McDonald’s. I have had multiple issues with ordering food fresh. Waiting 15-20 minutes only for the food to be cold. But this review right here is for AJ! He is a manager there and his customer service is amazing. Now, if I go to this location, I make sure AJ is there. There is a tremendous difference in the quality of the food and the service he provides. We thank you for making sure our experience at McDonald’s stays positive! See AJ!!!

Poor customer service. I specifically asked the clerk if everything was in the bag before I drove away. She replied yes, the burger was not in the bag so I had to get back in line which took another 15 minutes as the french fries got cold and hot fudge sundae melted. I seldom go to McDonald’s, overpriced unhealthy food with poor customer service.
