The food is gross. I got Pho and in the broth I saw a baby cockroach or some sort of bug and the broth itself did not smell good. It was a disgusting smell. It smelled as if it was old. The Thai tea had no flavor and the boba was pretty much mushy. I’ve had good boba milk tea before and it’s not like the one I got at this place. This restaurant needs better sanitation standards.

The chicken in my pho was not the quality I expected, and the soup was unpleasant to taste. Despite my having informed the young man three times about my dissatisfaction, he only offered apologies. It seems pointless for them to inquire about customers’ satisfaction if they do not take any action to address the issue. Previously, I enjoyed the pho here, but I have no intention of returning after this experience. Additionally, the chicken tasted old and unappetizing, and the portion sizes were smaller than before. It appears that the owners are making cost-saving decisions in the wrong areas. Perhaps ramen noodles would have been a better choice.

Best pho in Killeen, consistently. Been here years. The staff are almost always slammed during major meal times. I see them buzzing around like bees constantly, so try to be understanding with them—they’re busy because they’re the best.

I was hoping to leave a good review, unfortunately our first experience here will be our last. The dining room was dirty. The food lacked flavor. There was a bug in one of our entrees. For three entrees, an appetizer, and four drinks we paid a little over $50. I would not recommend eating here.

I’ve eaten her several times however I got my usual today and was disgusted to find a roach in my food. I’m so done with place. I can’t unsee what I found. My friend who picked up the food returned it for me. Owner was polite about it but wanted to keep it on the hush hush. Sorry I have to share not right if i don’t. Pics attached

I’ve been going here for over 5 years now, in the past years that I’ve been going it was very good service, and food was immaculate…. NOW the service is horrible. Prices went up by 2-3 dollars since the last 6 months.. now the chicken pho comes with lots of bones and fat (no actual meat) the waitress was very rude, sarcastic, and inconsiderate. I’ve been a real loyal customer through the years, and I don’t think I’d be back. Not under this new management.

Horrible experience at this pho place. The pho noodles were overcooked and mushy, ruining the entire dish. The broth tasted like plain water with no seasoning at all. The beef slices were of poor quality, chewy, and tasted off. The overall taste was just disappointing. Not to mention, the service was incredibly slow, and the staff seemed indifferent to the customers. Avoid this place at all costs!
