I ordered delivery of a pizza. I ordered delivery because I have a sick 6 month old at home and could not go get it. My delivery driver was nice and fast. However!!! The first slice I picked up took the second slice with it because this nasty hair was.baked into my cheese!!!! Eww. So I called to let them know. And sat on hold for 20 minutes. In that time I was able to get the baby down for a quick nap with my husband so I could drive all the way down to give them the pizza. The person I spoke to was a manager!! And it was her hair in the cheese!!! No I’m sorry nothing. Her hair was down no new not even a hair tie. The only thing I got told was “what us to make another one? ” I’m very upset. I had to drive here anyway so waisted delivery and everything.

This is my favorite pizza in town but sadly one of the managers is super rude and likes to blame the customer for their mistakes.(UPDATE) This place has redeemed itself in the last couple of months. Better management, better workers, better rating!

Order 2 pizzas, one was almost right, asked for no mushrooms on the philly and it had mushrooms. My pizza was completely wrong. I ordered a pizza with red sauce, mushrooms, spinach, red peppers, tomatoes and pineapple on a thin crust. I don’t eat meat on my pizza. I received a thin crust philly cheese with bacon. The order took forever but I understand that it was a busy Friday night. I tried to call to get a refund for my pizza and maybe have them come take it back… Was on hold for 30 min then hung up on. So now I have nothing to eat for dinner. I am never ordering from here again.

I would have give them a 0 but you can’t do that on the review site. Worst customer service ever. I called to have a pizza delivered. He took my order and told me it would be 35 minutes. About 20 minutes later I get a call and I’m told that they canceled deliveries for the night. I asked to speak to the manager and the girl said she was the manager. When I pressed it and told her I wanted to talk to her boss she put someone else on the phone. Guess what, The next gal said she was the manager. I told her I wanted to talk to the owner of the business. She said I would have to call him on Friday because hes out of town. Then she hung up on me. He’s going to get an earfull. I’m also reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.
