Very impressed with the food. Usually I love my steak with nothing on it. Well we tried their bourbon sauce on it. Let me just say we did not take leftovers home that night.! We were tempted to buy another meal to take home! Definitely impressed with the mango lemonade also. It was super addicting. The staff was nice also. Really will make the 1hr and 30 minute drive again just to deal with this same location!

The server was really nice and food came out in a timely manner, mostly because there were only about 10 people in the whole restaurant. The Fish and Shrimp had a good flavor (heavy Creole seasonong) but came out luke warm, and the zucchini was pretty bland. This $17 meal is not even close to being worth what they charge. Sadly I think Ruby Tuesday falls in the category of a slowly dying brand.

Everything was perfect! Free Wi-Fi, my burger was cooked to perfection, & beautiful presentation. The fries and onion rings were crispy and hot! Added bonus, I texted a code to them, and got a coupon for a free appetizer to go!

It was great. We were seated quickly and the waitress was attentive and personable. She made small talk but was unobtrusive and was great at anticipating our needs. The food was good. I do wish they would go back to the old style of the baked mac and cheese because I loved it and now it is just okay but the salad bar, the ribs and steaks, the selection on sides, and the drinks are all on point. This is one of my favorite places to come for dinner

My dining experience started of a bit rocky. My bad, I got there during a shift change and it was a bit of time before I was found by the manager. She took care of me though and I couldn’t have asked for better service. The salad bar was excellent. I like the smaller bowls because it means more options and fresher ingredients. My steak was cooked beautifully and I was impressed by the the size of the courses for the 3 course dinner. Thank you staff for turning around my experience.

Excellent… I walked in late, about 35 minutes before closing. Usually places make you feel like they are in a hurry for you to get out when it is that close to osong and restaurant is nearly empty. However, wait person made me a fresh pot of coffee, gave me plenty of time to make a selection from the menu, was very nice the whole time, and in general made the experience excellent. The food was also very good. In every way an excellent dinning experience.

Visited this location on a Sunday about 1:30. Wasn’t too busy. We were seated quickly. Our waitperson was great. She had a dry humor. Offered suggestions and was attendant without being overbearing. Food was hot and tasted OK for the kind of restaurant this is. Overall a good visit. We’ve been multiple times and it’s been consistent with each visit.

First off, we went there on a Friday night at 8 pm and there wasn’t a lot of customers there. When we seated at our table, we immediately FELT and later saw how sticky our table was. My mom decided to wash her hands before dinner so she got a wet paper with soap to clean it. Now this wouldn’t be a huge deal if there wasn’t four employees including a manager standing not there feet from our table totally oblivious and gossiping rather loudly. It also took some time to get two waters for such a quiet evening. The salad bar was also a mess and after 20 min someone came up to check it and clean the area. Again, with all these employees standing around and doing nothing, this should not be an issue. Otherwise, the service was just ok nothing special. The food was good, hot and fresh. I ordered a burger, cooked medium, which was cooked perfectly. The bun also wasn’t soggy because it was toasted. The fries were hot and well seasoned. Overall a mediocre experience, I think the small things really need attention to detail such as properly cleaned tables or salad bar.

Ruby Tuesday’s is the go to all of the time. We never have to wait to be seated. The drinks are always good even the nonalcoholic ones. The croutons are awesome and the salad bar rocks. We are always satisfied and full leaving there. My only complaint but not really would the that the croutons are so good they always run out of them on the salad bar and we have to ask for some….not a real complaint at all!
