Cass Is Real
The pics posted by the restaurant should be what they serve to paying customers. The food was good but the presentation was definitely different. After biting into my cheeseburger, I noticed it only covered half of the bun. There was extra tomato and lettuce on the other side. The toppings were not spread throughout the hot dog but haphazardly placed. Small details that make a big difference. A few drink choices on the menu weren’t actually available – the owner stated the flavors were being discontinued by Pepsi. The price of milkshakes were a little steep for a hot dog restaurant so we didn’t try them. Overall, the food was good but I’m not sure that I would order another cheeseburger.

I’ve only been here TWICE and I come bc of the carrot dogs! The first time it wasn’t the best bc the toppings were scarce on it! I gave it a second try and it was even more scarce …I asked for onions and BBQ sauce & this is what I got! My daughter had the Coney and she loved it but I doubt if I’ll personally eat there again, I’ll just take my daughter for the beef dogs if we’re in the area.

I had the experience of working in this establishment. I felt as though I was back in high school. The manager and employees making fun of other employees. Almost felt like bullying. I told the manager that I found a fly in the butter. She told me just scoop it out. Wow.

Hot dogs were good chili wasn’t the best. I’ve had better, but everything was hot and fresh fries and that sweet tea was soooo good. Would try other items like the sausage next time.

Big Kudos to HOT DOG DEPOT!!! the BEST HOT DOGS in SC. I took my coworkers there for lunch on $2 hot dog day and it was their first time and they both LOVED the BLT dogs and Coney dogs!! And they also offer discounts to all EMS EMPLOYEES

I was in the line last night and I was like the 5th car back and the cooler seemed to be fine for the customers that were in front so after 15 mins in line we got to the menu nothing no one said anything we also had 3 or 4 cars behind us! So I went to the window and sat for another 5 mins for a lady to come to the window and say we are closed I said oh ur closing early and she said yes we have been so busy we are short staffed and we are running out of food because we havnt had time to stock! I said oh I’m sorry because i do understand stuff like that but then I told her we didn’t want food just wanted to get some ice cream and she said let me see what the other lady wants to do! So when she came back and said we just can’t the other lady yells behind her and says the reason we can’t is because the cooler just broke! I was like wow! So u can’t serve food cause u running out now can’t do ice cream be cause ur cooler is broken! I Don’t buy it! Just thought of everything to close early it was only 8:20 closes at 9pm

Killer hot dogs! I got the Depot Dog and a Carolina Dog and they could not have been any more perfect. My only lament is that I didn’t get one more. Oh, trust me, the two I got were ample in size and very filling. But they were so good I wanted another one for dessert!

Kicking myself in the butt for passing by this place for years because it’s a little rough on the outside. Have only tried the dogs but love em. Two dog bag (beef) South Carolina style with crispy fries and a Dr Pepper. Son. Only been 8 times but staff and been friendly for every one. Don’t let the looks make you shy!! Try this place.
