It’s extremely hard to rate this place due to the vast differences between the day and night shift. The day shift is great, amazing customer service ànd usually don’t mix up orders. The night shift on the other hand is dangerously unpredictable, you may be over charged or you may be insulted or even assaulted. Do you’re self a favorite of get your order before dark.

Today at 3:10 pm girl taking drive true orders was too slow start on the line at 2:55 . Second she don’t know how to take orders and don’t understand for a simple drink ask 20 time the same “what was that” while joking on the background. Completely unprofessional. The workers made sure my order was exactly as I requested, they gave me alternatives and suggestions on what McDonalds items were new or on sale, and Angelo and Vic, as well as the manager on staff, were incredibly helpful and polite. I don’t like McDonalds, but this staff held it down n I would only go here for McDonalds.

I came to this Macdonald: arrived at the register and waited about 15 minutes before coming conscious that nobody came to attend me. I asked for help and a sassy-confusing-fellow pointed me in the direction of the self-serving kioks–with a rude gesture. I continued to wait for help at the register and a miss came to assist me: she didn’t even acknowledge me and dove head first into the screen. She didn’t even ask me a question and demanded I scanned my phone unto the machine–and without saying a word tried to operate the register. I thought there was a language barrier and asked her if she spoke spanish; she ignored me and kept operating the register; then without never saying a word just took off and left me there in limbo. A different gentleman came and tried to do a lil’ damage control. Later, went I was waiting for my food a white man walked in and the confused-fellow jumped out of his dark skin and walked half the store to go proudly serve this white man. I felt wronged and complained to the MOD and she proceeded to politely pretend like she cared while giving me my two orders of nuggets without sauce.
