This place is terrible. Nothings stocked. There’s always something wrong. Nothings available when needed. The manager does nothing to solve anything literally the laziest manager. Saying things like I’m over worked. I work almost 60 hrs every week and I can still do my job. Only 1to2 people even do their jobs at this location overnight never stocks cooler during the downtime. When the lines backed to the coolers management and others will see this and just stands there behind the cigarettes ignoring the problem. I can’t express how much I loath this location. It’s right by my home and I have to go out of the way now every morning because of these daily problems. I can’t even express further my hatred for this location.

This place needs a good deck scrubbing. The Men’s restroom had toilet paper all over it. There was a bunch of graffiti on the door, ceiling, and walls. No soap or soap dispenser either. How are employees supposed to wash hands if there is no soap? Employees were just standing around looking at their phones not doing anything when I was in there. So gross. They should have been cleaning up the mess in the restroom and even went to grab a gallon of paint to paint over the graffiti.

Bucky’s maintained their facilities cleaner and they were open 24 hrs., back then. 84th and Frederick and 72nd Grover st locations have also gone downhill. Littered, soda machines constantly out of flavors. Some don’t even wear their uniforms.

I refuse to go to this gas station that’s literally 2 minutes from my house. I come to get water or pop most of the time and half the coolers are empty because either there isn’t enough staff for someone to restock them or if I ask someone to help me get something from the back that I clearly see is there yet they will tell me their out or they can’t help me.

Do not waste your money on their car wash. They don’t even use soap on basic car washes. Car comes out dirtier than it came in. Inside of the store is dirty. This used to be a descent gas station until Casey’s took over, very disappointing.

Employees are friendly and store pretty clean, however this store is horrible at restocking stuff or having pizza/warm foods out for customers and the wraps and cold sandwiches are either expired or not on shelves at all.

This is not just from today’s experience but every experience. The place is filthy. The floors appear to have not seen a broom or mop for awhile. The inside glass door is not just finger printed up but down right filthy. I have never seen an employee cleaning since this became a Casey’s. Prior to that the store was clean

I called for 30 min and the phone was taken off the hook. I drove up there and the ladies said I had the wrong number so I called and now the phone rings. They said I didn’t call when I did cause the 1st time they picked on and left the phone off hook and I heard there gross indecent conversation for 5 min on my way to 72nd Harrison location. The little Mexican chick and red head white chick are so unprofessional. They wouldn’t let me talk and said , so you drove here to yell at us? I said no, I want to know why your leaving phone off the hook ?! Smh and these ppl are being paid 15hr to do what exactly? Be rude and be incompetent?!
