I just want extra sausage when I order and pay for it. Several recent orders I have asked and paid for extra sausage and didn’t receive. I go on and get the free pizza but I don’t want that….I just want my order correct with extra sausage. I am not sure how much sausage is normal, but when you ask for extra, each slice should have at least two (and that is too low also). Please just give correct orders!

I ordered a pizza through the app and was notified that it was ready. When I got to the store, no one was there. The sign said open, but the doors were locked. Finally, after like 10 minutes, a delivery driver showed up, saw us waiting at the drive through window, and took their sweet time walking into the store. After asking me for my name, I was told that they would check on it. I then proceeded to watch them MAKE the pizza. In the end, the pizza was hard and burnt. All for nothing! Would not recommend eating here!

Food was okay but it took forever to have someone attend us. We came thru the drive thru and it took 15 minutes for someone to talk to us. It seemed like there was only one person in the store.

Ordered a veggie pizza with extra sauce, extra cheese and add chicken. Needless to say I did not get what I ordered. The pizza was cold and with little to no sauce at all, no extra cheese or premium chicken. I didn’t realize it until I got home so driving back to get it made over with gas prices like they are, was not an option. I did call the store and received a store credit but I’m almost afraid of utilizing the store credit in fear of getting the same results. I also ordered a pizza with half pepperoni and half cheese. It also was cold and had little to no sauce. I’m very disappointed….Please tell me where’s the extra sauce, extra cheese and premium chicken….

Great place for pizza in Nashville. They have very good food, great service, and reasonable prices (compared to buys a Walmart pizza for $5-$8 and cooking yourself, plus can only cook one at a time at home). Definitely recommend.

I ordered my 2 free medium pizzas online and waited until it showed that they were ready. I went to the window and gave my name and was told that one pizza was damaged and they had to remake and it would be 10 minutes. So I waited 10 minutes and went back to the window and I waited at least another 5 minutes then I was told that it would be another 5 minutes. I went back around and came to the window 5 minutes later and nobody came to the window. And after another 5 minutes I just left because it should not have taken this long and I had to be somewhere.

I gave one star. (Have photo’s) Wish I could give it no stars. Had been a long day, me and my wife decided to grab a pizza and head on home. Still had a little ways to go. The pizza was the worst ever. I ordered a hand tossed pizza. Extra cheese and extra mush rooms. Got home grabbed a slice, didn’t have any cheese on it and maybe a mush room. All I got was a mouthful of tomato sauce. The pizza was pitiful. We hadn’t eaten their for a great deal of time do to this type of service. Figured we would give it a try since it was the closes to us at that time.Very disappointed. Will not recommend to others.
