This is the dirtiest , most unfriendly , And slow paced Panda express in Hampton Roads, Bugs are always flying around when I walk in to this location. The staff is rude and will mess your order up if you return the disrespect. Today they gave me string bean chicken with no chicken Lol Then the Beijing beef i couldn’t even eat you can clearly see it wasn’t made right by the pictures I attached. This isnt the first time they did foul things but this is the last time I will go get food from his location . They have a bunch of kids working in the kitchen like tropical smoothie and the managers always says im sorry and offers me more food when I call in complaints. But I have had enough this location just needs to be re vamped the crew is very childish anyone ordering at the speaker will know if you have been there

Coolest group of guys I’ve met in a while. From the time we walked in till we left, my wife and I felt very welcomed. 30 before closing and they still offered to cook anything we wanted. Smiles, fresh good food and an amazing atmosphere. Best Panda Express hands down

So we decided to come here because we needed something quick before our movie and went to check them out. I will say that when we pulled up i noticed them talking to their health food auditor not a va health inspector but a private company inspector and the only reason i know this is because my restaurant uses the same company. We were greeted with hellos as we walked in. I was a little worried because when your set up cafeteria style sometimes the food doesnt stay very hot and tends to be luke warm. I picked a bowl with veggies on the bottom and a crispy beef and lord i cant remember the name of it lol. My husband picked the same beef but had it over fried rice we also order 2 spring rolls. As we were ordering the manager came in and told all her crew great job because they had scored 98 out of 100. Great numbers! They had gotton hit on a stained (not dirty) cutting board. That makes me even more comfortable with eating here. The food was good, hot, and filling. The spring rolls werent that great they were mushy inside. I would def come back the crew was very friendly, they all were staying busy and not playing around which you see in a lot of fast food chains and their manager was so polite to everyone. An the food was good.

Still wondering why the didn’t have the AC on in this restaurant while the temp was over 90 outside. Food was ok although teriyaki chicken had an unsettling smell to it. Overall it was not the best Panda Express I’ve been too but pretty close to the lower end. I think a lot of the experience was ruined due to my family sweating while we ate.

We love Panda Express go once or 2 times a month. They are usually spot on. We have to drive 25 min to get there. Today my order was wrong I never check because I never had issue. I was very upset when I got home. I am still upset but called going to credit me a plate. But now I have to check. So that’s why it’s only a four star.
