Not sure if it’s because I haven’t had Vietnamese food in awhile, but this place was tasty! The pho broth was slightly heavy on star anise flavors but still delicious. The sauce used for the rice and noodle dishes was perfectly balanced. My only complaint is a few items that we wanted on their menu were not available. It might be because of the pandemic, but most likely it’s just because Vietnamese restaurants are just like that sometimes .
