I have never been to this location before, I went in to pick up my order and I asked Carmen? Or Carmelo? I cannot remember but she was a sweetheart! I asked her if the old breadstick pizza pans, would compare to the 5 box cheesy breads. To feed my family As I have a bear at home that would eat a entire pizza to himself if he could! She shared her thoughts! Than told me “since I want you to enjoy your dinner, I’ll throw one in on the house” literally made my day!! Knowing my family would be satisfied tonight.

Last three times I’ve ordered here, the pizza was supposed to be ready 30 minutes from ordering. Instead, I’ve waited an extra 45 minutes, extra 30 minutes, and finally extra 75 minutes OVER the time it was supposed to be ready. I called their number and asked if anything could be done, and they just state they’re “busy”. It seems every few months the prices have been climbing higher and higher as well. I think it’s time to move on for us, hope they can figure out how to staff properly in the future.

Like the pic, an entire chunk was missing on more than 1 pizza. Not sure if its the sign of the times, or what. I hope this time was just a fluke because I really like papa murphys and get them when Im on a time crunch and want food to last a few days working overtime

I hadn’t had a papa murphy’s pizza in years. I was very disappointed tonight. the crust on their pizzas are not good at all. they’ve changed them drastically from a couple of years ago. I definitely won’t go back until I hear that they improve their crust recipe.

Climate change Hoax
I love Papa Murphy’s but I called in to place an order and spoke with someone name Angie who first off sounded like she was mad she had to answer the phone. She was very impatient and rude. I said “one moment” to her so I could ask my wife about toppings and instead of saying “okay” she said “SIR IS THAT ALL FOR YOU” I then told her what I wanted and in a very rude voice she said “IT WILL BE READY IN 20 MINUTES ” and hung up on me. TERRIBLE customer service I will never go to this Papa Murphy’s again.

It’s been a while since we’ve purchased a Papa Murphy’s pizza. We purchased our favorite Cowboy pizza, and was thoroughly disappointed. The pizza was thinner than usual and nowhere near the typical amount of toppings. It just lacked everything that made it our favorite. PM cheaped out on the toppings, and killed a classic. In my opinion, this decision dropped h their pizza from top pizza chain to bottom. Even Domino’s and Pizza Hut are better than this current rendition.
