I used to live in La Verne where there was one of the original BK subs back in the 80s-90s. This BK Subs tastes exactly as I remember it tasting. The bread, the meats and the dressing they use on their meals are outstanding! I highly recommend this over Subway or any other sandwich spot.

One of the last affordable places to eat out! This 4 star review is because the sub sandwiches are good quality, they have good customer service, and they are efficient. The reason it is not 5 stars is because you can find a better sandwich somewhere else, but for the price point it delivers above expectations! Don’t let the outdated building scare you away

The sandwich I got was good although I asked for “super light” mayo and they evidently smeared a bunch of it on both pieces of bread. If someone wants “super light” why would you put it on both pieces? I had to take a knife and scrape it all off. Otherwise, it was a good sandwich.

This is probably the worst sandwich I’ve ever had. I read the reviews and thought, well maybe I’ll try this instead of subway but subway would’ve been way better. I got the Turkey, bacon, avocado sandwhich, and it literally had 1 slice of Turkey which had some plastic covering on it and 1 slice of bacon with lousy vegetables. The avocado was also not avocado, it was some type of green sauce of some sort with avocado maybe mixed in. It was basically like eating a loaf of bread because there were barely any toppings. I understand inflation, but we are all going through it and maybe you shouldn’t keep a business open if you can even feed your customers what their hard earned money is paying for. Ridiculous.

It’s a hidden gem in the local area, the food was so fresh and the bread was so soft, a perfect sandwich. I got the turkey avocado with bacon and cheese. Literally finger licking good

So this sandwich place has been here for awhile. It’s easy to see and get to. I had the Salami and provolone sandwich and my wife got the Turkey sandwich and provolone cheese everything was fresh and delicious.

I’ve been here several times now and it’s okay. I usually get the soup and 1/2 sandwich. They have a big selection and it’s always fresh. The restaurant is dated. It’s like an old donut shop that’s been converted to a sandwich shop. The crew is friendly enough. Take cash to pay with.

This place crushes sandwiches for sure. It’s hard to find a decent sub and sandwich place for vegetarians. This one slaps everytime though. And service is usually pretty quick. It’s tragic that the prices just keep rising and not my paycheck, but I guess that’s just how it is. Facilities are nostalgic but pretty run down and borderline dilapidated. Parking is incredibly open due to the SBX station beside it. Restrooms look so suspect that I don’t even dare to go when I’m there.

The water for my coffee was heated up in a styrofoam cup in a microwave.
