Lovely place and top notch service. Food is good and Ingredients were super fresh. Only the chilli oil was something that I felt could be spicier and better but probably this was made for the low-heat folks. We ordered the crispy rice with shrimp and a seafood roll – both were really good!

This place turned out to be so delicious! Went with a couple co-workers for lunch, we ordered the spicy shrimp as an appetizer and i could have honestly just ordered that for my meal and been happy. The flavors were so yummy. The most impressive part of the meal was actually the spring roll, which is not pictured because we devoured it too fast. Finished off the meal with some ginger tea. The patio seating was great and so was the service. There are so many options to choose from with spring rolls, I’ll definitely be back to try one with mint inside. Highly recommend this place!

Spent $30 on the shaken beef that was only 6 pieces of steak, steak was blan, did a catering order with them before spent $300 on food and it was such small portions as well that was for 13 people. Never coming here again

I am giving 5 stars mainly for two reasons: Firstly, I love the food and it’s as close as it can be to authentic Vietnamese cuisine. The pho was flavorful and the rice noodles has this good taste. Spring rolls are best with pork meat but their chicken spring roll is really good and I enjoyed it more than the pork. The tea was rich in flavor and sweet enough perfect for a sweet tooth like me, the iced coffee was decent. Secondly our server Adrian was top notch. He was genuinely attentive, conversant and thoughtful.

Excited to try Rice Paper for the first time. I ordered the Spicy Asian Rice Paper Spring roll. A perfect summer roll. Full of flavor, cool and hot. Fresh ingredients and liked to flavor combinations. I also tried the Pork Crispy roll. 3 delicious rolls that were not greasy. Both the sauces were great. I would definitely come back. Enjoy now before it gets crowded you won’t be disappointed.

My spouse and I finally tried Rice Paper for dinner and were pleasantly surprised ! The interior was very subtle and the backround music put us at ease. We were early diners on a Sunday ,so it wasn’t crowded..yet. We each got a spring roll (fire cracker shrimp and 3’s company) and we shared a bowl of garlic noodles. It was delicious (!)..and just enough food for the two of us . Our server was a soft spoken young man who was very knowledgable and helpful regarding the menu choices. They have a few booths toward the back ..but we wanted to be near the window. Those seats are the bench ‘side by sides’..

Nice little upgrades on the traditional spring and egg rolls. This is probably one of the best Pho’s I’ve had in north Scottsdale! The broth was super flavorful and required minimal additions. Vibe of the restaurant leans more on the modern side but the food ranged from your basic authentic dishes to a more creative fusion fare. Price is a bit on the higher side but the quality and taste makes up for it. We’ve definitely found out Pho spot!

Excellent food. Excellent service. The Tiger Shrimp fresh hand rolls are delicious and the Pho is best I’ve had. Filet Mignon pho $16 . The hot tea is perfect. I love the atmosphere in this establishment. Everyone that works here is friendly and professional. 5 Star Service in a strip mall next to movie theatre.

Pho tai was inedible. Asked to have it brought out after spring rolls and they brought it first so I sent it back. They left it sitting in the kitchen so when they brought it back the noodles were mush, broth was warm (vs hot) and meat was still pink in the middle because the broth wasn’t hot enough to cook the steak when the clump of meat was broken apart. They should have comped the meal, but did not. Instead I didn’t tip and left a review. Add to that — bathroom hadn’t been serviced so no papertowels etc. This restaurant is hit or miss since it opened. Some days it’s excellent …. A lot of times it’s simply closed, dirty, bad service, etc. This will probably be my last time to give it a try.

The food is wonderful, service is great, place is clean and fresh. I love the rolls and the firecracker shrimp, particularly with the noodles. It is in a convenient location with lots of parking. Drinks look amazing and there are happy hour prices, especially for wine.. The garlic needles are especially good. The pho was medium good.
