It was ok.. service was not that good…we went for to go this time..we order mixed chicken…but first they messed it up and gave mixed meat..once we got home and found out the drove back to the restaurant…then they exchanged it with mixed chicken..

Solid Mediterranean food. Loved their chicken dish in tomato sauce. So tender and tasty. The shawarma chicken pita was a little dry and could use a little more seasoning but still solid. The potato appetizer spread was garlic heaven. So good! Liked the fries a lot too. Very friendly staff. Manager is such a nice guy.

During my recent visit to Pita Pita Mediterranean restaurant, I had a mixed experience. The food was decent, and the flavors were enjoyable, but I was a bit disappointed that it wasn’t served as hot as I had anticipated. On the other hand, I appreciated the modern touch of technology they incorporated into the ordering process. They had a user-friendly touch screen system that made it easy to browse the menu and customize my order to my liking. It saved time and minimized any potential misunderstandings with the staff. In conclusion, Pita Pita Mediterranean restaurant offers a decent dining experience with an innovative touch screen ordering system. While the food was good, the temperature of the dishes could be improved to enhance the overall experience. Otherwise, i enjoyed my mixed meat plate and still consider it a pretty good value for the money.

I eat here several times a week and can’t say enough good things about the food and staff. Super fresh ingredients, authentic flavor and made to order. The restaurant is modern and clean as well. My favorite dish is the Chicken Tawok with a side of garlic sauce, topped with the spicy red sauce they have in the cooler for all to use.

Hidden gem, their hummus is amazing. Chicken slightly dry but still good and the sauteed menu wasn’t loaded into the order touchscreen so I didn’t get to try the lamb. The baklava needs to be drenched with more honey. I will definitely be back.

What is so crazy about this place is the food is DELICIOUS and the service is god awful. If you get what you ordered you will be happy! But our order has been wrong multiple times, or we go and the girl has to spend 20 minutes finding our already done and paid for online order – the online ordering system through toast is fully automated, tells me when my order is done, confirms what I ordered and the location I ordered from. But somehow if we get the wrong person behind the counter they act like they’ve got no idea what’s going on. It hasn’t always been like this. The service used to be nearly as good as the food. It’s a shame it’s gotten so much worse.
