The floor manger Rebecca refused to give a refund for my transaction. She informed me that they ran out of the meal I ordered and I told her I didn’t want anything else just a refund either cash or refund back to my card. She became rude and very hostile towards me. She refused to call the other manager that could help refund my money and basically said there is nothing she could do but write down my name. She needs to be FIRED!!! Until she learns how to work on her customer service skills. And please PROMOTE Sierra she was the only employee that deescalated the situation with her manager and offered to help me.

I was picking up a mobile order and waited inside over 35 minutes. I asked an employee 2x if my order was done and she said they were working on it. Finally I ask how long it’s gonna be before I walk out, and she grabs my order and says oh it’s done. They are extremely slow and rude and it’s hard to get an employee to even acknowledge you are standing there! Terrible service!

By far the worst KFC I’ve been to. I ordered original and they gave me extra crispy. I ordered dark meat and they gave me white. They don’t even deserve a star at all. Like if you dont got customer service find somewhere else to go. Management needs to change and everyone the works there.

The customer service in this place is terrible, was a young lady very rude at the cashier that need to be re-training on Customer Service. We there last night 7/27/2023 around 10pm. I couldn’t order because her attitude was so bad and I did prefer to avoid a comfrontation. Her attitude was pretty much of a person that who doesn’t care at all and very disrespectful.

Unlike the Wendy’s across the street, this place has super unfriendly staff. Server was actually outright rude. But the food was on the better side of what you’d expect from KFC. But it isn’t fun to get good food from a miserable person set on taking out their life on customers. Bad hire.

I waited 20 minutes in line without as much as a “please wait”, until the point I just said forget it and left. I passed by the window as I left to see what the issue was. The drive thru person was literally playing on their phone (they were swiping continually, so it wasn’t work related for sure). I’ve tried to get food here several times and it’s always either the staff being more interested in sidebar drama or understaffing. It’s a miracle this place hasn’t closed yet.
