The restaurant is very nice, the decor and theme is beautiful. But the environment was not very welcoming. The music was very loud and not very tasteful. The waitress didn’t know the menu and couldn’t recommend anything. She also seemed annoyed to serve us being that we were the only customers there on a Friday night at 7pm. I order a miso soup and a Springfield roll. The miso soup was very different I didn’t enjoy it. The Springfield roll was very good. I think this place has a lot of potential if they had better customer service and better taste in music. (The music was just trashy) Also they didn’t disclose that an 18% gratuity is automatically added to the bill. I don’t mind tipping but they should provide a good experience.

Me and my friend came to this restaurant based off of reviews and the pictures we saw online. However, nothing about this place was Asian fusion nor steakhouse. There was 1 steak option on menu. Nice selection of “sushi” inspired foods but didn’t taste like so at all. Place was nice, drinks were good and the people and customer service was good. If you’re looking for Asian fusion this isn’t the place for you. The foods are more so Cubans cuisine attempt at the Asian cuisine.

This was my first time visiting Kai Tsu Japanese Cuisine and it was an amazing experience. The restaurant was clean and the ambiance was casual. The waitress Nayma was superb. She was very friendly and knowledgeable of the menu. She suggested the Red Dragon sushi that was seriously out of control delicious. It was made with the freshest ingredients and tasted delicious, prepared by Jasmani. Really amazing flavor!! The plates were presented very well. Will certainly return to this restaurant!!

I had the yakisoba and rainbow roll.. the yakisoba tasted like a premade curry mixture and nothing like yakisoba. It was not good at all. The rainbow roll was okay. My boyfriend enjoyed his Avocado and shrimp salad but his roll was bland according to him. The presentation was beautiful. I definitely enjoyed that, but it doesn’t do it much good if the flavor doesn’t match the presentation. The entire place had a really cool ambiance and nice lighting. The chef making the sushi was very friendly and polite. Now I speak Spanish so it’s not a problem, but my boyfriend does not, so when he is asking the waitress things and she’s answering in Spanish it makes it a little uncomfortable for him. I think if you are working in the restaurant industry and have to interact with people you should speak English as well. To be honest we would not go back.
