The gentle in the drive through window today was agitated and rude while taking my order and was extremely rude when I got to the window to pay. My wrap was poorly wrapped as well. Tried this location twice NEVER AGAIN! First time the manager was yelling at me because their soda machine was not working properly when I tried to select any type of drink none were available she then yelled at the top of her lungs to another associate to fix the machine this was about 3 weeks ago. Second time I tried going here today cashier was super rude and in a rush and EXTREMELY nasty on the speaker to top it off she was such in a rush she gave me no lettuce on my sandwich instead of extra lettuce which is what I asked for and the bread is probably a week old . Worst staff ever I’ve never met such miserable folks seems like they need some deep soul searching and change jobs horrible!

0 stars. The only place I could quickly stop for a lunch break that I didn’t get. I waited in the right drive thru lane for 20 minutes. I called only for a staff member to say “it’s been working all day” and walk away. Without any further instructions, myself, and all the cars behind me move to the first lane. When I finally approach, the right lane stops working. I park my car and walk inside only to be shooed away and told to wait longer at the counter. It’s been over 30 minutes at this point. Walked right back out without ordering

The woman taking orders needs a training on active listening skills and should probably mute herself while she’s being impatient and scoffing. On top of that, she gets upset when she talks over you and doesn’t get the order correct. Very off putting and rude. If you want to act like that, please do it off the clock. Drive the extra 5 minutes to McDonald’s- way kinder employees and they get your order correct.
