Ordered the NY style pie as I’m from New York and love that’s type of pizza. I ordered it for pick up and when I arrived it was ready. The pizza was very good, not as good as the authentic thing by a long shot but still god for Ohio and a national franchise place.

Order accuracy is terrible – they frequently forget sides, but they offer to run them back out, then it takes two hours (literally) so you’re already done eating anyway. And the pizza is mediocre.

I swear this location must not ever clean their ovens or pizza screens or something. EVERY time I order from here (the location that delivers to me) the pizza is always super dark brown like darker than cardboard. And it just makes it taste bleck. I order and pick up from Kettering, Beavercreek, and Airway and never have the problem—all cooked perfect light golden brown tan. And it’s not like the top of the pizza looks overcooked, just the crust. Please get this fixed so I can order delivery again.
