My husband and I found this little gem by chance just passing through Bluefield, WV. Our first visit was Tony’s first night managing the restaurant. We had such a great experience that we planned another visit to The Vault a year later. As with our first visit, the food and cocktails were exceptional. The service was even better. Save room for dessert. The Italian Cream Cake is amazing! We wish we lived closer so we could go more regularly. This restaurant is 4 miles off I-77. If you are in the area and pass it by, you are missing out!

Can’t say enough about this place! A gem in our small town. The manager Tony is a top notch guy, I’ve never seen a restaurant manager be so hands on in ensuring a great customer experience. The servers John and Spence were amazing. Very knowledgeable. Great service and amazing young men. If you’re from Bluefield then you already know about the bartender Heather. She is the best around. Funny, hospitable, knowledgeable, AND she makes the best drinks I’ve ever had. The vault was blessed to get her behind their bar. Will definitely be back! If you’re looking for a top notch dining experience look no further than the vault! Promise you won’t be disappointed!

Birthday dinner there tonight. Our first visit since moving here in August. We each had one of the specials. We have eaten our fair share of meals at fine dining establishments and this was 100% the best we have ever had even the sides were something special. Atmosphere was wonderful and the staff was amazing. 100%recommend!

Truly excellent meal. Just passing through and stopped in Bluefield for the night. The Vault Downtown restaurant was the most pleasant surprise of the trip. The French onion soup had lots of gruyere cheese and onions. We also loved the trout and crab cakes. Bread and icecream are homemade. There were numerous signatures cocktails and an extensive wine list. Servers were very friendly. We will definitely eat here again next time we pass by the area.

The Vault is nothing short of AMAZING!!! I went on a virtual date for my birthday because my boyfriend couldn’t be there with me. I dined alone inside the actual “vault” (which is an old bank vault), but he was there virtually on DUO! The staff is super friendly and very attentive! This was my second time eating there inside the vault and it was equally amazing the first time. I definitely recommend this restaurant when visiting Bluefield, WV!

My family and I gathered at the Vault on the Saturday of Easter weekend for a meal. Simply put the service was amazing and the food was perfectly prepared. Having grown up in the area it is great to have place to return to and properly dine. Everyone in our party remarked at how much fun they had.
