My family came through tonight after close by accident. We are on our way to the beach and assumed it would be open late. Anyways, the closing shift employee was so friendly and served us anyways. All while another customer was giving him a hard time behind us. Shoutout to this guy for great service! We hope he is a valued worker.

Taco Bell’s online ordering is a JOKE!!! I placed a large order one hour before I need to pick it up for my son’s soccer team. I walked in at the time I requested to pick it up and they hadn’t even started making the order! I complained and The guy behind the counter said that they don’t even get the order until in within 2 miles of the store or I walk in. Complete joke. Worthless online ordering system.

Ordered a steak and a chicken power bowl and 2 waters. They charged for two small drinks. We received our power bowls with no meat. Took them back to the counter and asked for the meats. They said we could toss what we had (why toss food out?), and they would make new bowls. They did, but just sloppily tossed the bowls together, meats on the bottom hidden by the rest tossed on top.

Used the app to put in an order to pick later that afternoon. Got there at the time that I was supposed to. They didnt have the order that I already paid for. I guess the only plus was that the food was made right then. One employees made a comment that he wasn’t the manager, so why should he worry about it. Guess I will try a different taco bell next time. Food was good, but there was a disconnect with the app and service wasn’t that great.

I love wasting my money. Ordered via doordash… 3 of my items where supposed to have no meat (sub beans) and came with meat.. and one item was missing.. yet the receipt had my order correct…

$51 for one combo, 12 tacos and a burrito… And it wasn’t even good. Missing an item, long wait in the drive-thru, bland service.

My tacos were so old and cold that they were soggy and actually stuck to the paper. The burrito supreme was tiny and mostly flour tortilla. Worst Taco Hell ever! Hendersonville Road, South Asheville, NC. I want our $21 back, couldn’t even eat the food.

This in nothing against the employees at this specific restaurant, but I haven’t eaten at Taco Bell since before the Pandemic, so I was absolutely shocked to see how the menu has contracted but prices have gone through the roof. The menu does not reflect recent inflation rates. This is corporate price gouging to pay for fat cats’ private country club fees, corporate jets & expensive health perks – perks they don’t extend to their minimum wage employees. I’ve eaten at a handful of Taco Chains over the last month on a cross-country trip & noticed prices were up slightly, but Taco Bell is pricing themselves out of the market when compared to its competition. Won’t be returning any time soon to Taco Bell when there are better, more cost-effective options. Woof. (The soft drinks seemed watered down, too. I’m sure management will respond they aren’t, but they were pretty weak the day I was there.)
