I ordered 2 southwest salads one with ranch dressing and the other southwest dressing and 5 fingers and a large sweet/and unsweet tea. When I got home we didn’t have ranch dressing we got ranch dipping sauce and also one of the platters that had the salad had a crack in it. At least we had some ranch dressing at home and the service was slower than the week before I was there and got everything we wanted.

I will NEVER go to this location again!!! I come here and order the same thing all the time- meaning I spend a lot of money here! Tonight the manager or assistant manager (I have no idea what her position is, she is some older lady with the place between her nose and lip pierced) decided it was worth yelling at me and making a huge scene over an order of french fries. I placed my order at the drive through for the number 7 (30 boneless wings plus fires and toast) plus a kids meal and drinks. I told the girl taking my order we didn’t need the toast, and they could just keep that. Got my food pretty fast for a Friday night and drove home (depending on when you read this gas is $$$ currently!) Got home and discovered that the fries were missing. My kids were not happy about this so back to zaxbys I went. Get back in the drive through line and let them know my fries were missing. The young lady says “oh I only rang you up for 30 wings not the meal.” So I pull forward for the fries. When I get up there, they ask for $8 additional dollars. Now mind you I already paid $30 for the wings which is the same price as the meal- maybe a few cents difference but not by much. So I ask why am I being asked to pay $8 for fries when they come with the meal? So now the older lady is called to the window, to help with the issue. She proceeds to tell me I have to pay for the fries because they rang up my order wrong. She claims she heard the girl take my order 30 mins earlier and I didn’t say number 7. So I tell her to change the order then, because I’ve already paid for the full price of the meal. And to ask for $8 more dollars is ridiculous. She yells a bunch, slams the glass window smashing the fries that are sitting half out the window. Then comes back yells some more and throws the bag of fries Into my car. I am still not sure why she felt yelling and acting like an animal over a lousy container of french fries is worth losing a loyal customer over?!? In front of her young staff no less, teaching them this is how you handle an order that’s been taken incorrectly???!!! I am sure this amount of fries costs no more then .50 cents at best. But now you’ve lost this customer! Cedar Bluff is lined with restaurants, I will go elsewhere. In all my years I’ve never had someone act like this over something so petty. It could have been resolved with a simple “we are sorry, let me correct this for you.” Guess not. Too bad. In case the owner or regional management sees this review- I am sure it’s all on video feel free to watch for yourself.

Would have dined in, went around lunch time and was going to eat in. But the door was locked and drive through wad the only option, I was pressed with time due to having to be at work at 1pm so I said screw it and went to Culver’s instead.

Dumbest dive thru policy I have EVER heard of. Drive thru can’t take anything more than 2 orders. So if you have a family of 5…they force you to come in. She said that’s their policy. Because of that they lost me forever. So if you’re wanting to place an order in the drive thru for more than yourself and one other person, you CAN’T.
