We came to eat dinner and the manager (short woman with glasses and a light blue shirt) was cooking the food with no gloves while she was eating chips over top of the food. We were so disgusted that we threw our food away and left. All she did was wipe her hands on her clothes and kept making sandwiches!! That is so disgusting!! We will never return the young man that helped us was very nice.

The guy working the closing shift at drive thru at the time of me writing this deserves a raise. Never been to a Hardee’s before but my man went above and beyond. Best customer service I’ve ever had at a fast food joint.

Wow what is it with this area. I am from California and just moved here to Delaware and I’m floored by the lack of customer service and kindness in fast food on the East Coast. The majority that I have encountered are just mind blowing.. not a thank you once!! the person giving out food at the window didn’t say one word. Might as well just have thrown it to us! and omg the people taking the orders are so rude. We won’t be going back for sure.

Staff was very kind, but the person that represented himself as the GM allowed hus staff to make multiple mistakes with my meals including cheese on a sandwich when specifically requested no cheese. Again, sooper kind especially to my children. But I’m still paying for quality food

I don’t often come to this side of town or eat fast food but I have been to this particular Hardee’s twice in the last month or so. Once was for breakfast and once for lunch. Both times were fairly slow but the sandwiches were hot and could’ve been taken right off the menu board they were made so perfect! The drive thru was very friendly and fast with the service. Will visit again vs. the other choices in town.
