3 hours and a half wait for a delivery 10mins away from my house. I asked for my pizza to remake my pizza bc i knew it was going to be disgusting, cold and wrong. Very disrespectful . I now hate pizza hut for this.

Be aware when ordering for delivery, my order took over 1 hour and 20 minutes to be delivered, the pizza I received was cold and hard not fresh because most likely it was made in maybe 20 minutes but took 1 hour to be delivered, I did called the restaurant 4 times, and all they could tell me was, we don’t have drivers right now, then it’s going to be leaving and then it’s on its way which I live 8 minutes away and on its way took 25 minutes to get here! That’s not on its way! So yeah maybe it’s better for pick up and not delivery!

Its pizza hut . You know what to expect. This review is in regards to Pizza Hut a million dollar company asking if customer’s would like to tip the cashier?? That’s just sad. I’d understand if the cashier was cooking the pizza with her bare hands in the oven but that’s not the case. So please pay your employees better stop passing on the burden & anxiety of tipping on to your customers.

Staff was very unpleasant and sad to say I can really see why most of them work here. No hopes or dreams just comfortable with doing nothing just to get by. Working for minimal wage while trying to be a high class a***ole, it doesn’t work out. Maybe if y’all took your lives a little more serious than I’m sure you wouldn’t be stuck here. The lady on the register and the weird long hair delivery guy need to be fired and replaced with teens/young adults that would take the job more serious than grown people who do a miserable job because they missed an opportunity to do better with their lives.

Over priced, unsatisfactory, I’ve been a Loyal customer and the food just keeps coming back worse and worse. This pizza hut needs to be closed down, they forgot my wings and messed up my pizza twice already, paid 50$ For a cold pizza and no wings. Never ordering from this pizza hut ever again. I made an order online. An hour later I called to check the status of my order. I was told it was canceled due to being outside of the range for delivery. However, they just delivered to me 2 weeks ago. Upon inquiring further the customer service personnel hung up on my significant other. We went to the store just to find out that they were incorrect with their mapping system. And they only gave me a credit towards the next time I order. They only did that due to the fact that they couldn’t see that I had already paid for my order online. Even after providing proof. as a person who works in customer service the professionalism of the representative I was on the phone with it was completely unacceptable. The manager of the store did apologize for his discrepancy. But the inconvenience of the whole matter was still unacceptable and unreliable. The store needs to work on their communication. Because everything could have been solved with a phone call from them not me reaching out to them after an hour.
