If I could give zero stars I would. Every time I order a pizza, I ask for no cheese, I explain that I have a dairy allergy, & everytime I pick up the order, they have put cheese on it! So I have to wait for them to make another one. This has happened 7 or 8 times. My husband just called to say they did it again & he is waiting for them to make a new one. This is rediculous! I will no longer get pizza here.

called an order in at 7:03 tonight, they said half hour-45 mins, at 8:21 i called and asked how it was going, said it’s on its way. that was 35 mins ago, mind you i’m only a mile and a half away from the dominoes i ordered from. pizza better be good is all i will say

Had a pizza delivered tonight and we were blown away. I was expecting a cardboard penitentiary pie. No offense Domino’s, but that’s been my experience at other locations. Anyway we got an extra large pepperoni, piña, mushroom, and onion pizza and the crust was done perfectly. Couldn’t believe it. Who ever was workin the peel this evening was not messing around.

This place is great I showed up 10 minutes before they closed , I apologized about getting there right when they were closing . I ordered and they made me an AMAZING pizza ! I’m working up here out of state like 28 hrs from here to the south so it’s nice to have nice people every now and then .

I was appalled at the response time and customer service. My order was an hour and a half late. I called after a half hour delay and was told my order was “literally heading out the door right then”. After another half hour I called again – and was told the exact same thing by a different person. Both people on the phone were rude and offered no help or apology for the lateness. Having worked in both food and customer service, I deem this unprofessional behavior. The food tracker online told me my food had been delivered, but I waited another 20 minutes before it showed up. Additionally, the food was cold upon arrival. I don’t understand why in such a perfect area for a Domino’s, the service is so terrible. Given the high number of college students if this specific Domino’s worked harder at being more efficient, they would be making a huge profit. I know people that have had similar experiences with this same store, and it is safe to say I will never be ordering from there again (and will advise the same to my friends). A complete waste of MY time and MY money. I highly recommend ordering from a local pizza place instead – cheaper, better tasting, and 100x better customer service.

I will never order from here again. 90% of the time they either forget something or get the order wrong. Foods never on time. Food is rarely hot when it arrives. Food is inconsistent and sometimes bad. They’ve brought my food to the wrong house set it on the steps and left. The original estimated time is often off by hours. On more than one occasion I’ve been told an hr and it ends up being 2 to 3 hours. Place is trash go anywhere else.
