Today on April 21st, 2022 I was humiliated and my bowl that was served had less than half. This location continuously serves small portions about half full, but less than half is ridiculous, especially with rising prices and terrible customer service. The chipotle server who served my bowl humiliated me by saying that’s the portion size and if I don’t like it I can leave. The people waiting behind me heard and laughed. I heard them conversing about what the server said. She’s a tall heavy set server, she had no name badge. She even filled their bowls 3/4 full.

Went today April 28,2023 around 9pm and they didn’t really had anything ready, very little white rice only, no brown rice at all. Then I asked for half and half bowl and they said they couldn’t, yet on the app it lets you do half and half and said they had to charge extra (almost $6) to add another meat which I can understand if you actually put extra meat but they barely put any meat of both which I choose. For another $6 the bowl should be full, but even with lettuce on top the bowl still had space before putting on the lid.

It’s a hit and miss here depending who prepares your order. They will either put alot or hardly any. Then when you ask for them to add a little more, they want to charge you for double the meat. Smh. They need to standardize their portions.

I am so disappointed. Today at 1:46pm, went in and saw the 2 girls talking, of course I’ve had to finish their gossip before attending us. Both white and brown rice containers were practically empty, no steak, as a matter of fact…. The girl said “let me check in the back to see what we have”. Came home and yes, the rice was so cold it was clumped and hard, the chicken was also cold. Had to throw away my food. I should have walked out when I’m saw the selection (or lack there of) through the glass. So long Monterey Park Chipotle

The staff was so rude when answering my questions. I had never ordered a kids’ meal from there for my 3 year old son. I asked about options and the guy kept snapping at me saying “no” then the cashier was the final straw telling me, ” it is What it is, so do you want it or not” if it wasnt for my son being hungry I would have walked out!!
