Drove a hour to get food. Was asked 3xs what sauces I would like. Was pulled to the door our order was large . Food was brought out asked if sauces was put in bag was told yes. Get all the way home not one sauce. Called and was told the are complimentary they don’t have to give them !!!! Over 50$ of food and couldn’t get sauces really!!

Was given a coupon to receive free items due to an error that they made on an order two months ago this location is never open it’s hit or miss. Used coupon tonight they still messed up order them corrected it. But food was ice cold. I personally feel this location should be closed permanently the Amelia location is so much better. I plan on making it my mission to contact corporate and demand changes be made to improve. Also to the manager of this location you need to be fired!!! Your doors are to be open until 9 and yet you tell customers 8 on two occasions we called to use coupon and were told you were out of chicken and fish. Seriously if I were your district mgr if fire you take a good look at the staff and make serious decisions. Families come to your restaurant for quality food we should get what we all spend our hard earned money on to order. If you this location can’t hang then close it. Why keep a location open that loses money and doesn’t make it.

Salmon tacos were delicious. Fries were fresh but the portion size seemed very small. Sweet tea is good . Customer service was was excellent. I asked so many questions and was met with genuinehelpful answers, definitely better service than most of the other fast food options here in eastgate. I guess were chaning the rating from a 5 to 2. Ordered doordash. Didnt get any of my sauces and you guys wont answer the phone.

The customer service here needs some help. I ordered my food for online and went to pick it up. But the doors were locked so I used the drive thru instead. The lady at the window immediately had an attitude and I explained to her I’m here to pick up my food because the doors were locked. Both employees started arguing saying that it wasn’t and looked like boo boo the fool when they checked the doors. The food here is ok but I won’t be back.
