One of the better sub places to get a hot and toasted sub. I also ordered a orange dream shake , unfortunately it tasted more like a Vanilla shake , but that is ok . The two employees that were working were very friendly. Clean and cozy establishment .

Unsure about how to order, a young boy who first worked with me seemed polite took my request and ran with it. I next worked with a young girl who seemed happy to help me checkout I asked for a milkshake which she passed along to her coworker and than patiently waited for my order. I work just a couple stores down. It felt a bit awkward during my short break for lunch to constantly get sideways looks from the young teens I just finished getting an order from. I just wanted a quick tasty meal during my break from work and I’m not entirely sure felt unwelcome from the workers there. Both the woman who checked me out and the young boy who asked for my sandwich. The young woman who got my shake was incredibly nice and didn’t seem to have a problem. Definitely won’t be coming back here for lunch or for anything that’s for sure. Just go to a different establishment or maybe they’re better at other times but definitely not during lunch.

I’ve been eating at this location for years and have never had a bad experience until yesterday. I became very sick from the grilled chicken sandwich I ordered yesterday. Six hours after I ate it I threw up the whole thing, and went on to vomit twice more in 12 hours. I can’t say if the chicken was undercooked or it was a different ingredient, but obviously the whole experience is unacceptable. Don’t get your customers sick, that should be rule number one.

I like the wreck sandwich. However at recent visit 4:30pm on Tuesday they had no white original bread. Really…they only have two choices and they cant keep the two breads in stock before dinner rush. And with only one bread choice now i either had to do that or get back in my car and drive to next sandwich place. Its not like this is a drive thru and you just pop over to next place. I will not waste my time by going back especially when they charge me full price for the sandwich and dont even offer to give like a small discount. Some fast food has really gone down hill with pandemic…

I’ve been here three times during lunch rush since I started working in Redmond. The young men at the front of their line work hard. I used to be a line cook so I know what it feels like to be in the weeds like that during lunch or dinner, they still smile when they hand me my sandwich even though they have a million to go. Good employees.

Garbage manager! Ordered online through the app, then drove 25min (one way) through traffic during my lunch break to pick up some food, only to get there to see that they are closed. There was no indication that they were closed or my order was automatically shifted to tomorrow. The manager made the entire situation worse. I get it you’re closed, you can’t make a sandwich today, but when I gave him the opportunity to make the situation better, he couldn’t be bothered. His lack of empathy was appalling. I wasted my entire lunch on driving to go see a half-baked, no can do attitude manager who shrugged his shoulders and told me and my coworkers to go away. I would be leaving a zero star if I could. Fortunately for you, google won’t let me.
