They were extremely fast even though they were very busy. The staff was friendly and got our table everything that we needed. The food was good. My steak was slightly overcooked but still tasted very good, and everything else was delicious. Overall great experience love coming here.

I get to go to Texas Roadhouse once in a while. When I do, it’s a treat. The meal started with Coke Zero, Roll, and Blooming Onions. Delicious, but I was trying to save room for my meal. That was the Combo Appetizer, with Buffalo Wings, Fried Pickles, and Tater Skins. That was just as delicious. My next question is when do I go next time?

We love Texas Roadhouse. But this one missed the mark. Our server was great, but overall service was not. We had a party of 8. Our server took great care of us. When we all cut into our steaks, the medium rare was medium well, and the medium rare was beyond well. She noticed right away and took the medium well (well well) steak back. The rest of the party ate all of their food and we waited another 5 minutes for the steak to come back out, only to still be wrong, so he didn’t accept it.

Service once seated was excellent. However, when we checked in they told us it would be a 20 minute wait. No issue with that, but they requested we wait in the car for a text that our table was ready. We went back to the car and I had a text on my phone that I thought explained the process. We waited our 20 minutes and I went back in to check. They said the text was letting us know the table was ready! I asked why they sent us to the car when we didn’t even get 20 feet from the door when I received that text. They said it is just the new procedure. Wow! Anyway, we were seated and the rest of the meal was great! Just a very strange way to get started.

We started with the blooming onion, which was delicious. I had the pork chops salad and rice. It was great as always. My mom got the sirloin bites but couldn’t eat most of it because it was grisly and tough to chew. Our server was really good and checked on us often.

Its a steak house, prices are decent. Went here for a dinner for the family and the music is so loud, we were practically screaming at each other from across the both. The service wasn’t horrible, but it wasn’t great either, I understand being busy and getting people in and out but there was no interaction from the server or the staff, it was all GO GO GO to the point of feeling rushed to leave.

Ordered 3 steaks all medium rare. One was rare and the other 2 were medium well. The service was great though. And they gave us a discount on our bill since we didn’t want to wait for them to remake them.

Don’t be discouraged by all the people parked in their lot. It’s a reflection of how amazing the food is. Best stake and taters around. For the love of everything holy, don’t order your steak well done! Why would you do that to yourself?

There were 7 of us, the youngest being 66. They tried to seat us at a booth for 6 with a chair on the end. Uh, no, that’s ridiculous. They wouldn’t listen to our suggestions on combining 2 tables, but then they miraculously found a booth/table that was much more accommodating. Our waitress was Morgan, she was excellent. Kept us supplied with drinks and rolls. The food was so so. Three of us had sauteed mushrooms, they were all very over cooked. Our cactus blossom was over cooked as well. I had steak kabobs that were to be medium rare, it was more like medium well. The kabobs were tough as well as my husband’s 6 oz sirloin. Before leaving, I went to the restroom. There were 3 stalls, all were occupied with an employee waiting. After waiting several minutes, they started coming out – all were employees and everyone of them had their phones out. One girl even stood in front of the sink and dryer continuing to be on her phone. Wonder how we are going to get a good work ethic instilled in these young people. Won’t be visiting this restaurant again.
