Always a great experience with Sara and Eric when I come in. They always are cheerful and great to have a conversation with when in-house! They always lend a listening ear, and they always are polite and smiling at anyone that walks through the door! If your shake and tea isn’t how you like it, they will remake it to your liking! They aim to serve their customers with the best intentions and are the highlight of my day when I see them!

7 Below was the only shake and tea place I actually liked going to. Not just because of their products, but because of the people. Karisa and Andy were the most sweetest and humble couple I know. They took the time to get to you know, and just like that both personal facts about me and my order, were memorized. I loved going in there, even if it was just for a quick 5 minutes because they always made my day better. I could tell this was Karisa’s passion and it made the products so much better. This new owner however, made me dislike 7 Below so much, I couldn’t keep coming. Do not rob someone of their passions because you’re hungry for money. Let those do what they do best! Get Sara out NOW!

Scrolling through reviews and it seems some people have a few things mixed up… The “old owners”, if you choose to call them that, we’re nothing but rude to my husband and I whenever we went in. They would treat the other customers just fine and completely ignore us just because we are loyal to Sara. The shakes and teas they would make tasted terrible and we would have to throw them away every time. Sara and Eric are some of the kindest and caring people I have ever met! It’s completely bizarre to me that people are posting “reviews” about Sara’s character a whole 2 days before the doors even open and without meeting her… I will say, my husband and I went in for a tea today and a daily dose of Sara and Eric and it was just the start we needed to our Friday!! I hope everyone stops in and says hi!!

If i could give this awful place a ZERO i would in a heartbeat. Karisa, Andy and their team were the most caring and positive people to be around. No matter how hard mornings might be to one, they ALWAYS made sure to put a smile on your face when you went in for a shake/tea!

If I could give this place a zero star now I would. The owners above the most amazing couple that was running the place are terrible human beings. They are condescending, abusive, and go against any standards other shake clubs have. The way they have treated Andy, Karissa and all the girls that put their hard work in creating fun, safe places is not okay. My family and friends will never go back due to all of this. We will fully support the new club when/if it opens. Beware of these owners. They are awful!!!

This doesn’t even deserve one star. This place should not be supported at all and shut down completely. All the time, effort and love that Karisa and Andy put into this building and business only to have it ripped right out from underneath them putting them into a hardship. I don’t understand what kind of awful person would put such a sweet and loving family through such a difficult time. I will not be back.

This place used to be run by fantastic amazing owners! Sara the current owner is cruel and malicious and is very money hungry person! She is absolutely terrible and took 7 below from incredible people she does not have what it takes to run this business at all!! Terrible terrible person!!
