Was not pleased on my first visit. I pulled in the parking lot at 6am sharp, on a Saturday morning, and the store looked closed. It wasn’t until I pulled into the drive thru did the lights come on. The doughnuts were not fresh at all. The coffee was good, so that’s the only saving grace.

If i could i would give them zero stars , but thats not an option. This DD location sucks ass their slow as sloths. They take their time as if they’re in la la land. Plus they get my order wrong every time never fails . Also they the employees always look lost or as if they have no urgency in whats going on. Poor service. Never going back . So Run with that DD.

This place is trash. Ordered 2 drinks and it took them 30 minutes to complete the order not to mention it took them 15 minutes to even start working on the order. They were focused on the drive thru and not the 6 people waiting for their orders to even be taken. I definitely will not be visiting again!

Had to make a pit stop I waited to use the restroom. One of the employees came out and I had noticed he had taken a number two and the sink was dry it was no paper towels in the trash basket witch leaves me to believe that he wiped his backside and never washed. So for me it was do my business and leave.

The donuts were ok, but I waited inside for almost 15 minutes before someone finally helped me and I was the only person waiting. I saw 2 employees walk up to the front and to the drive thru window and made eye contact with one of them, but still wasn’t acknowlged. Haven’t decided if I want to try this location again or not.

Horrible service today. I requested an iced drink. Stated 3 times “iced”. My drink was delivered as a hot beverage. Told them again, “iced” she poured it into an cup with ice. Tossed what didn’t fit. (Umm, that’s removing my expresso shot) and so I requested my money back. She attempted to tell me I didn’t get the full price because I had gotten a discount when buying it. Ummm, I have the receipt… finally got all my money back and sat with my boyfriend. It was then he told me they didn’t get his drink right either. We left and will not return.

Always love coming here before I start my work day. Once I forgot to ask for my bag of sugar and creamer at the window and as I was driving away an employee ran out to my car with it! Excellent customer service in my eyes!
