First of all, the service was top-notch,. The front counter worker ( her name is Jennifer) went above what is expected of her. She was kind, courteous and more than helpful. The food was as good as always and the blizzard was delicious!

stopped here last night for a quick dinner date with my partner around 9:45. lobby was pretty full of people and the employees seemed frazzled, but the lady taking our order was very patient and respectful. we got our ice cream before our food and went to the back to eat our ice cream and wait for our meals, because it was too overstimulating in the front of the store. we sat there for a few minutes before an employee walked up to us at 10 on the dot and very rudely said that the lobby was closed. they then showed us the door, walking past all of the other patrons, and we walked out in confusion before realizing nobody else was made to leave and we still hadn’t received our meal. so we stepped back in and waited in front of the door, received a very mean look from the employee who told us to leave, and continued to eat our ice cream standing up for a couple of minutes before deciding to just take a seat nearby. within a min or two the same employee brought our food up to the counter. we sat to eat at one of the picnic tables outside, found that my partner had been given the wrong sandwich, but we were both too anxious to go back in and ask for it to be corrected. every customer who was in the lobby when we left it was allowed to stay until they were finished eating and ready to go, and we watched as new patrons entered and were also allowed to dine in. i’m still absolutely floored — i have never been treated so disrespectfully at any fast food establishment and i don’t understand why this occurred. we weren’t bothering anybody. we waited all week to go on this date, and it was ruined. neither of us will be returning to this location. bonnie doon has better food and ice cream for cheaper anyway, they just weren’t open.

This location is terrible with mobile orders to say it lightly. It always takes an extra 20+ minutes added onto your original time. There is one female manager who has been so rude on multiple occasions to not only me but other customers that I have witnessed.

Don’t go inside only use the drive through. They even admitted they prioritize drive through. I have been sitting in the lobby for over 20 minutes. I get prioritizing it to an extent but come on. This has happened multiple times I have come here. Problem is if you use drive through and have special requests like no ketchup they often mess it up which is why I go inside.

The food is okay. But the owners are super shady and this is a terrible place to work. They tried to keep my 16 year old daughter’s paycheck, requiring an exit interview. Despite having signed a pre-employment contract, this is not legal. You cannot sign away your legal rights. They still have to issue the paycheck, on time. We called the federal division of labor to get her check. If you, or your minor child, worked here, you can do the same! One more time: it is ILLEGAL withhold your paycheck for ANY reason, including an exit interview!

Livid! I purchased a cake that’s supposed to have a Basketball and Happy 13th Birthday Jacob and as you see in the picture it’s definitely NOT THAT! If I were the one to pick it up it wouldve been addressed but of course the one time I dont go to do the pick up this happens & its already paid for ……Horrible job! So disappointed

Always clean smiling helpful front counter help. Quality products. I found a decent size ice cream birthday cake and it was less than 30$. I say score ! Also my granddaughter ordered the classis chicken strip basket, fine for her, but the chicken seems to be of a lower standard. Mealy inside. Super hard crunchy on the outside. Hmmm. And the chicken strip prices are too pricey. Js.

Price’s are always a bit much, other then that no real complaint, except the triple truffle is gone, I think that’s what is was call the one being served for valentines day… The Reese’s extreme or what ever it was called is gone, two of my favorites, a employee accidentally put cookie dough in the first one and I started ordering it that way, the past 5-6 times they don’t flip the blizzards I still pay but I thought Dairy Queens moto is if it’s not flipped it’s free hmmm so I’m owed about 5-6 free blizzards
