Coworker ordered from door dash and when we got our order this was my portion, it was supposed a big plate with shrimp, chicken and chow main and I was only met with a kids size shrimp. This is not ok do better how are you paying these people +17$ and they can’t even get a order right.

The counter employees DO NOT COMMUNICATE! Over have the entries were empty and they were NOT busy. Had to repeat my request over and over and over. Ended up buying another person’s order along with mine because of assumptions. They need to pay attention. Won’t be back. Grr

Shame on the manager working tonight. Why are you cleaning up and telling people you’re not making any more fresh food an HOUR before closing? You’re basically trying to close early at the expense of your customers. If you close at 9pm, don’t advertise that you’re open until 10pm. A lot of unhappy customers tonight, including us.

Very friendly staff and no fake smiles behind the masks. Offered to let me wait for a “fresh off the cooker” serving, instead of the last portion in the serving bowl. Yes, I waited. The egg roll tasted a little off. But it could have been a ingredient in not use to.

I did an online order that was supposed to be picked up at 2:50, I was there until 3:20 waiting. This also wasn’t during a rush, maybe 5 other people in store. when I asked the register worker for my pickup, he said it wasn’t ready yet as they were waiting for more food to be cooked except he didn’t tell the cooks to make the food, just went onto the next customer

Not sure why serving portions are so drastically different within the same order.. ordered 2 bowls with one entree each.. one bowl got meat and the second was all rice and like 4 pieces of chicken?.. not sure why you’re charging 9$ for a bowl of rice at that point

Took my order and at no time was I told there would be a $4 upcharge for the peppered Angus steak. When the total came due at the register it was 8 bucks higher. I commented that seemed high…like way too much tax. The kid laughed and said yeah it does and handed me my receipt. About that time he said…oh…its an upcharge. There was a kid taking orders before you got to the counter so if that was on the board it was not visible to me and i was never told. Anyway…again as an after thought he mentioned I would have to wait for white rice and the steak. “Just a few minutes”. It wasn’t. I finally stepped back up to the counter and said if it wasn’t ready I would just like my money back. Not only not ready…not even started. 31/2 minutes…it wasn’t. I had to ask repeatedly for my refund and kept getting shined on. I finally insisted and then got reemed out and called a rude name by the next guy in line. Apparently i should wait patiently forever but he was too special. While the employees weren’t “rude” they weren’t prepared to do anything out of the assembly line mode and I didn’t ask for anything unusual or off menu. It was an unnecessary mess that could have been avoided. After they take your money isn’t the time to surprise you that your fast food will now be very slow. I wasn’t rude…I just wasn’t willing to continue waiting and it took too long to even give me a refund. All in all it was stupid and not over what could be considered good food anyway. I just wanted to grab some Chinese and get home. Lesson learned. Do with it what you will.
