I haven’t been to this location and nearly 2 years because I found a sandwich wrapper in my salad , they are usually very slow or mess up the order. I stopped by today specifically for the Asian Zalad. Imagine my disappointment to learn that they didn’t have the Teriyaki sauce or extra egg rolls available, but I still ordered anyway. Got home only to discover they gave me the regular Lite Vinaigrette not the Citrus one that’s supposed to come with the salad. It literally gives the salad its “Asian” taste along with the Teriyaki, both of which I didn’t have. On top of that there were very little toppings, like not enough to eat the rest of the greens, and sloppy looking…not appetizing at all, and the egg roll taste old and not crispy. If you’re going to go up in pricing, please stop skipping on the quality. We can clearly see the greens to topping ratio are not equal. It’s safe to say I will not be coming to this location or probably any other one anytime soon. I should have remembered my previous experience but I was hoping for a better one this time… so much for that ♀️

Never have I had such great service quick friendly polite. I left feeling satisfied and that’s before I ate. They were smiling even though it was late at night almost closing time they got my order correct and fast. Food was hot and fresh with just the right amount of seasoning.

Please update your closing times this staff closes when they want to! My family and I drove 25min to go this camp creek location and were met with locked doors and closed drive thru a while before the closing time. A young lady who worked came out to greet me and verified they could make my order but was denied the access to by her supervisor!!! Why is a manager declining orders at 9:40pm when staff members are willing to make the order. Please get someone who WANTS to be there and wants to WORK.

Decided to stop at Zaxbys earlier this week to get fried mushrooms. A young lady with blue/green hair that worked the register was so busy playing she rung me up for cheese bites. Wasn’t until I got home that I notice that she had done so. I was very upset and the only reason why I didn’t say anything is because we all make mistakes and Manager was assisting others very politely. Oh but TODAY 05/02/2022 I decided to try it again since they’ve just opened and lord whyyy did I do that. Went inside, Manager greeted us and went to drive thru! 5mins later after I’m done reading their store score which was a (C). I asked was anyone going to assist us. Sis had to be new because it took her another 6-7mins to complete our transaction. Customer service wasn’t horrible but she need to talk up and move a little faster. So I ordered a house salad, fried mushrooms and some French fries. As you can see down below there is HAIR in my salad and the fried mushrooms was fried brick hard and she didn’t even give me ranch for my salad, I had to use the one out the mushrooms box. I called the store 3x’s and got no answer not even a vm. All workers need to wear hair net at all times to avoid spoiling someone’s meal with hair in it.

I usually don’t leave reviews unless it was a very horrible experience. Worst worst Zaxbys I’ve ever been to. I ordered two wings and things one tongue torch the other wimpy. Both wings had no sauce on them and everything was cold. I go back to the store (I live 40 min away) but I was 10 min away when I turned around. Let the girl at the window know after waiting 10 extra min for her to come to the window. Told her there was no sauce on the wings and everything was cold and dry (she didn’t care). Horrible attitude, I asked her for tongue torch sauce she hands me spicy Zax sauce and shuts the window. My kids didn’t even eat the food. I wasted $26 will never go back to this store.

A couple of co-workers and I ate at this location. I’m assuming she was the manager of the store and if she wasn’t, then wow. She was awesome. Fast with our orders and even came to get our stuff while after we ate while we were conversing with one another. I’m sorry I can’t recall your name, but thank you for the amazing customer service.

I order 2 Asian Zensation salads for my husband and myself and they were so soggy and loaded with teriyaki sauce, the egg rolls was burnt black and very little grill chicken. I was not satisfied at all! I wasted my hard earn money on these salads ☹️

Rainy Sunday. Customers were in and out. Wait to be served wasn’t bad. Drink machine was out of many of the drink offerings. Luckily I was getting water. Wait for the food wasn’t bad. Less time than most. Had the Zensation salad and a side of fries. Normally I get it to go, but this time ate it there. They put just enough sauce on it to not require more. Fries were warm and lightly seasoned. The staff were friendly and professional. Accept for sticky floors in the back it was clean there.

I went through the drive thru. The line moved slowly. When I placed my order the casher was not knowledgeable about menu items. I ordered a (wings and things) #3 buffalo style. When you request a plate or wings and things ‘buff’ the fingers are dipped in your choice of sauce, and the usual Zax sauce is replaced with ranch (So, you get two ranches. Instead of one zax and one ranch). I asked to substitute one of my ranches for a honey mustard. She did not understand the request. So, I had to explain as I did above. I could hear a guy in the background explaining or correctly telling her my order. (This gave me the perception the unit is in the process of developmenting new team members).
