In terms of the subs, they definitely got the best ones in the area. Customer care can be much better by adding additional staff. For example, if you are on the line for 5 min to order, and at the same time someone calls to order, they will take the phone order first, regardless of the time you are waiting.

The food was horrible, it wasn’t edible. The chicken sub had a weird smell to it and it was strong. The steak was burnt to infinity and beyond. This was the only place open at the time and never again.
