I’ve been to many Starbucks around the valley and this is definitely the worst one. I’ve gone on multiple occasions and they take a long time not only to attend you but to make the drinks at any time of the day. I ordered for pickup, got there and they were missing my coffee cake. I tried to get their attention but they just stared at me so I had to get in line and wait another 5 minutes. The drive thru always has a long line due to them taking long. They look unorganized and slow. I Know multiple people that have said this Starbucks is bad on customer service and time wise.

Carlos that works for this Starbucks in Coachella on Cesar Chavez, SHOULD NOT be working the drive thru. This young man has never said “Good morning “, ” Thank you” after we pay, or “have a nice day”, I live in the city of Coachella and for months that I’ve been going here in the morning for my wife and daughter, I thought maybe he’s going through issues, but today as I went with my daughter, he opens up drive thru, never acknowledged anyone in car, takes my card, gives food and just shut window, never speaking a word. I had to ask him “is that it in my order?” He replied “yes” I said, “dang at least say Thank you or something so I know”

Sorry for the one star review, but I am always having a bad time here. There have been incidents where I address my drink made wrong (too much milk or wrong drink made, etc.), but most recently is the customer service, especially festival season. I was in the drive thru and made my order and once I got up to the window, I politely informed the employee the order was made wrong. He then told me it was going to take a moment to redo it and asked me to stay at the drive thru window and will be back. Someone else (another employee) told me to park at parking lot but I told the employee that the original person who was helping me said to stay (plus it is obvious that it was not communicated he was asking me to move). The other employee said to go park and come to the counter and pick it up because they were busy. Although that annoyed me, I did so anyways and when I parked my car, it was no where close to the store, because of the amount of parking spots taken (construction equipment for the new buildings, cars taken by other people who made mobile orders or people parking close to the store who are just relaxing and or making orders inside). When I walked inside, the original employee who helped me was confused as to where I went and had my drink made awhile ago. If I had waited another couple of seconds, without moving, I would have been gone and not spent more time than I should have.

I can absolutely give this a five stars they get your order right all the time and the ac is nice and fresh. Customer service is great the employees doesn’t rush you or anything. Its on a great spot that it usually doesn’t take more than 10 minutes. This is changes depending on what time you go. Rush hour and some times late at night is the most busy.I also gotta mention once again how the location is great it’s next to McDonald’s and near a 99 cent store as well as near a little Caesars. I now go there regularly.
