More often than not, the pizzas are like cardboard and the breadsticks are dry and cold. Either they have sat too long or are over cooked. My dinner tonight is not even edible, and honestly my last time ordering from here wasn’t all that awesome either.

I asked for breadsticks in back which are fresher and the older lady working till told me autistic kids work there and put fresh up front.. order was old and Luke warm.. she kept going on about all the disabled people working there as the boss with the side eye is arguing with a kid about how he’s not fired making a huge scene infront of customers & other employees..

where do i start? there were only high school boys working back there and they were messing around and screaming and meowing back there for some odd reason. every single person in the store was waiting for 30 mins or more. a kid came up front and he was covered in flour and when we complained about the messing around he went back there and cussed them all out screaming again. it was not very hot and ready

Went in at 8:50 for some cheesy bread and marinara was told that they were out of marinara. Someone who appeared to be a manager said something to the effect of them being in the back. Returns a moment later and starts helping another customer… He then looks at me and says. “I’m assuming he didn’t find it. Do you still want the cheesy bread?” I asked well what are you making the pizzas with. He replied well marinara but we would have to prepare the cups which would take like 20 minutes. Do you just want the cheesy bread? Seriously? Talk about doing the bare minimum to the point where you won’t even put some sauce in a cup for a customer… Be better Little Caesars.

It seems to be going downhill, probably due to lack of staffing as everywhere. It used to be very timely. However the last few times several people were waiting, the hot and ready box was empty and it appeared the people waiting weren’t being informed via email or app their order was done. Ours didn’t until around an hour after we got back home. While waiting, Our order wasn’t complete until around 20 minutes after it was supposed to be and we had to ask the only front clerk for it.
