Love this Papa Johns. I used to go to the Plainfield location and they were always rude and snarky. The people here are usually nicer, and the food is great most of the time. There have been a few issues, but most of the time they’re easily resolved. I would recommend this location. They’re usually pretty fast too if you have a normal sized order.

Stop over paying for cold food. The secret to getting the best deal and your order arriving on time is order directly from the restaurant on the website. When you order through door dash your food will probably arrive cold. This is because door dash drivers take up to 3 peoples orders out for delivery at once. If your the last stop then your order is going going be cold. I have tried it both ways, door dash took over an hour to get here and my food was cold. Ordered directly from the website and my pizza was oven hot and here in under 30 minutes. Not to mention prices are higher on door dash for the same food. Do yourself a favor, and order from the papa johns website. The delivery drivers only take one order out at a time( I asked) so your food come directly to you. Last time I picked up my order everyone had on gloves and they seemed to be fully staffed. My pizza was hot and exactly what I ordered. Highly recommend. Parking lot had a lot of pot holes but isn’t their fault. Location is great, right next to kroger so I was able to grab some things really quick while I waited for my pizza.

Well for starters the person answering the phone taking orders assumed after the first thing I ordered I was done secondly I paid for 3 special seasoning packs and got 2 parm cheese packs so there’s that and when I ordered an all meat pizza where do they get that onion belongs on there. So I guess the staff has trouble reading and identifying meat!!! So u don’t get what you pay for!!!

I’m not counting the horrible delivery on them since it’s doordash. My daughter’s pizza looked great but the pizza my husband and I share was a mess. I get pineapple on my half which he hates but they threw it all over. Plus I can’t eat onions and green peppers but they had them on all but 4 pieces. The manager was great about the delivery issue so I didn’t complain about the pizza.

Was very disappointed in my order tonight…. I order from this Papa John on a regular when I’m in town from work…. Today service was horrible and do not think I’ll ever be calling back for supper!!! Waited 2 hours for my food just too have it deliver with no Marina Sauce for my cheese sticks when I called in the guy had a very nasty attitude and quoted to me we not coming back out… We 3 hours busy I’ll give you free cheese sticks next time so when I asked for his name so I could have it noted so when I call back in next time incase there is a issue he hung up on me… Really don’t care about the marina sauce now even though I spent $50.00 just not to be able too enjoy cheese sticks without dipping sauce but more concerned about the fact I don’t care how busy as a business you are you don’t have a attitude and hang up a phone on customers especially when one spent so much money… Where is the professionalism anymore in businesses now really not trying to fuss but if the conversation was heard no call for I was very polite and respectful. I know how busy it can get I use too work at Papa John’s but this was absolutely horrible the way I was treated over the phone when I gave this business my hard earned money
