We love Raising Cane!! Best food. Delicious! Always fresh…staff is very polite. We go there at least every other week. Pricing Fantastic. We get our meals less than 5 minutes. Always fresh, hot and delicious!!We have gone to Wendy’s or Burger King and paid $17 to $18 dollars. $2.00 more you can get a wonderful meal. Not fast food at all!! We are hooked.

The food was extremely hot and delicious. My only complaint was that they did not give me my extra Canes sauce that I ordered and paid for. So we had to go back in for it….the whole point of a drive-through is so you do not have to go in.

Always a 5-star visit. Great efficient staff. Great food. One Love!Great atmosphere always friendly and courteous staff and customers. Springfield Ohio is the best Caine’s for me. Multiple visits over time and the only bad thing I can say is they forgot my fork once. It is forgiven.

Very strange experience here. I travel a lot so I eat Canes in almost every state they have a location. Never had a less than perfect experience until I stopped here. Chicken and fries were hot and fresh as expected, but the toast….. First off, the toast was cold, which was weird in itself. But it was gummy, and tasted like it was either stale prior to toasting or it was cooked earlier in the day and had been sitting somewhere for hours before I bought it. Either way, it was weird. I’ll chock this one up as a fluke lol. GET IT TOGETHER Springfield !!!! It pains me not to be able to give them 5 stars.

Honestly, I’m happy the lines calmed down a little bit because I love Cane’s. But it’s one of the best places to get your chicken strips. The service at this location was friendly and fast, the vibe inside was chill but colorfully fun. The flavors and value for your money will be better here than most other chicken places. Definitely come in and try some!

Person that waited on us talked so fast you can’t understand. So I asked for a repeat please and when I confirmed I heard correctly that is what she placed for my order. Then the rushed and totalled it and took my card from my hand and ran it. I didn’t even get to finish my order. Then the manager leans on a counter talking.. I went be back any time soon

Went there about an hour before closing last week during passing by traveling from a different state. I generally love Raising Cane’s and the food is always good but service was amazing. The employee made sure we ordered exactly what we wanted. Not quite sure how often I’ll drive through Springfield but if I do, I will visit again. Plenty of parking, well-lit parking lot, and bathrooms were quite clean.
