Ì visited this location tonight and after a very unpleasant visit not long ago, I was met with Ms. Dee cashier tonight who I have to say was fantastic. She welcomed my party when we walked in and took care of us. I had a 15.00 voucher from a complaint I made and she went out of her way to make me comfortable and happy. She is a true gem and this establishment needs more like her and this store will be more improved if the did. Please acknowledge this lady for her outstanding customer service and welcoming attitude!!!!

We went Sunday after church. Tried to order an 8 piece meal. Was told they didn’t have enough chicken for that. So we ordered 2 three piecemealsel Got home and found we had three pieces in one meal and only two in the other. Food tasted old and not good at all

It was almost closing. Still great service and we took the meal to go. Nice lady cashier told us other nice lady came and took it outside. I am very considered when I know they are tire it’s almost time to live at 11:00 pm. It’s awesome when nothing else is open around. We are very thankful. Please managers let the 2 ladies from 6/3/2023 at 10:30 a white auto they serve gave them a cheer!! 5 stars!!!!!!

This is the size of the chicken pieces we got in our bucket at The KFC on Wedgewood Lane in The Villages. They should change their name to Kentucky Fried Sparrows. $41 for this 12 piece, 2 coleslaw and 1 mashed potatoes??? Won’t be going back…..I can get 40 wings at Publix for $30.

I had a great experience at this location. A few other places the front counter cashier was not as friendly and funny as yours. I believe her name was Mrs. Dee. I ordered a famous bowl with a side of Mac and a drink. I could not quite figure out what I wanted and she did not get fustrated with me. She went through the menu and made me laugh. My day was a little stressful but after I was cared for by her I left feeling happy, full and for some reason at ease. Sometimes you need a person with a extraordinary personality like hers to help turn your day around! She is definitely unique and very good at greeting your customers. I would come back and come in just to order my food from her!!

I have been to this new KFC several times, Staff is always polite, but not always prompt at the front, possibly short staffed with the world we are in at the moment, Ms. Dee was at the front today , and was tremendous!, Very engaged, made sure customers were taken care of!, Just a Delight to see. Need alot more Ms. Dee’s in the World, The Manager was right on the ball as well.

This location is currently drive through only. We waited in line for approximately 15 minutes and while still not at the ordering speaker, an employee came out and informed us it would be a little over 30 minutes before chicken would be ready for take out. This is a bit surprising since take out is all that is available at this new location. Will try again, but it will be at least several weeks. Will update my review at that time.
