Before visiting I had received mixed reviews from some friends of mine. HOWEVER, I’m glad O went with the positive feedback because this place was amazing. I loved the 4 courses. Definitely worth the price. My drink was spot on! My waitress, Natalie was top tier. She made this experience one of a kind. Overall the location was great. All of the staff was polite. It was definitely worth driving through the rainstorm for. I will be back for sure.

William was our server even though it was only his 2nd day he did a fantastic job. He didn’t rush us like I’d read from other reviews others experienced. He even made suggestions on what dipping sauces to pair with different foods. We did the Thursdate promotion. The spinach dip was impeccable and so was the banana foster! I absolutely loved it! The teriyaki steak was also very good. This was our first experience and we enjoyed every minute (we were there almost 2 hours)

Good atmosphere and food! For how long the food takes, Id make reservations ahead. Had rose petal service added for anniversary date and both of us was “sugared out” for about $120-130 including tips. Would try again soon! (4 stars due to minor service issues )

This was an overall phenomenal experience! My waitress, Aires, was beyond helpful for our first time fonduing and she was spectacular. She took her time to explain what’s in each mixture and how to fully enjoy our experience. The store manager stopped by and spoke to us about our time and it was very comforting to connect with him. Went there last night and it was the worst experience. Service was awful, the cooking pot was not heating up so food too so long to cook, sat with empty glasses and sauce, chocolate and cheese not made correctly. We go a couple of times a month and for the price you pay, I expect Service and food to be much better.
