The food was fine from the Hillsboro store but the service not so much. Make sure you tell them every little thing you want because they will not ask if you want a sauce and won’t get napkins either. We won’t be inconvenience them anymore with our business.

My buffalo chicken sliders were dry. Half the chicken had no sauce. The bun was ridiculously soaked with sauce. I asked for light ranch. They only had a small drop on the sliders. 2 of them tasted like pickles. My small curly fry was soggy. This was overall unpleasant visit.

Seems like every time you go here something else is not working and other things continue not to be fixed. This evening they had no ice, no carbonated beverages, and the drink station in the lobby continues to be inoperable. Ate our sandwiches with no beverages. Fun times.

Drive thru wasn’t too slow conceringit was southern state graduation. And people were ordering bigger orders. I tip the cashier looked like she was getting aggravated with rude customers. They are just trying to do there job. So a little kindness goes along way

Went thru the drive thru…order was wrong(got 2 small sandwiches that I didn’t order), warm coke with no ice. Asked for extra Arby’s sauce and got salt instead. Wow. The girl at the window was more worried about given my dog a treat than getting my order right.

Went to arbys in catlettsburg ky ordered 2 large teas thats it got 2 “medium” cups n was charged $ 6.50 all bc John Ward of AES Group OR ITS ARBYS CORPORATE WHO wants to gouge THE customer base. No wonder it was the only place in town with no crowd or long line to wait in. Nobody can afford to eat there.

Says they open at 7 went through drive through pre recorded person saying sorry we are open at 7. Tried the doors they were locked went back through the drive through and the same thing. Waited until 7:10 and still not open finally had to leave.
