Had dinner here recently for the first time in several months. A busy location, esp. on weekends, so you may have to wait 15-20 min. to be seated. Once seated, the waiter was courteous and attentive. I had the Clam Chowder to start. It tasted great. It was creamy and flavorful and full of clams. I had the Country Fried Steak dinner, which came with mashed potatoes, and a Garden salad. The dinner was delish, and could not finish it all, but took the leftovers home to enjoy the next day. The total tab with tax and tip came to $36.

Delicious food and our server, she was very attentive answering all my questions I had about the menu. This was my first time in a Claim Jumper Restaurant. The potato skins, the sub-cero drink she suggested me to try, and the Salmon Oscar made my lunch experience incredible. My partner, Timmy, fully enjoyed the barbecue ribs dish he ordered. I used to be a bar tender, and she scored, base on my experience as a trainee server, 9 which is excellence.

We enjoyed sharing a combo meal of shrimp, ribs and tri tip with a couple sides. Service was great and food was tasty. Taking a star away as the Claim Jumper vibe just wasn’t there. I think the big empty salad bar and tables has something to do with that, it used to be one of the best.

If you want to have the best experience at this Claim Jumper ask to be seated in Deion’s section. His service was amazing! He took care of every single request and never felt forgotten or that our waiter was MIA. Will definitely be coming back. Only complaint is the steak house selections requiere to purchase sides a la carte. Oh and save room for dessert!!!!

They’ve made some changes and improvements to the menus and happy hour options, but unfortunately no longer have Claim Jumper beers available-ove the food and service was much better than I remembered from the last time!

Very disappointing… $85 dinner for three. But that was not the issue. The food was terrible, the portions were super small and our food was delivered cold and we had to send it back. We could have gotten a better meal across the street at McDonalds. UGH

This is one of my favorite places to take other people out to dinner. The portions are huge and everything is very good. I love desserts and have the biggest cakes and pie of any place I have ever eaten. The chicken dinner is one of my favorites. I also really like the salad bar, which has a wonderful slection of fresh vegetables and produce for your salad. Many times I have made an entire meal out of just the salad bar. Highly recommend, stop in and see for yourself how big the desserts really are.

Came here with our toddler and they had no crayons left for kids so we asked for our food to go. Steak was a super thin cut ribeye. Salmon was overcooked with barely any crab on it and tasted really fishy not fresh. Asparagus was under cooked. Mac and cheese was watery and bland. The fruit bowl was all melon and cantaloupe with rotten squishy grapes. The kids grilled cheese had a bunch of cayenne pepper in it making it super spicy. Not sure why kids would be served a spicy grilled cheese. Chocolate cake was good but that was all. Spent over $100 for cake basically because the rest of the meal was trash.

Our bartender, Chris, was a delight and she took amazing care of my husband and I. We had a great time and her suggestion of the Nashville hot chicken sandwich was spot on. Honestly one of the best I’ve had. Thanks a million Chris!

Went with my family for Thanksgiving. The service was lousy mainly because we kept having people come asking us if everything was ok, and it became annoying. They cared so much about asking if everything was ok, they ended up forgetting half the things we were asking for. The food was ok, and unfortunately I saw why a lot of the Claim Jumpers are closing. Food quality is low, service is low, and the meal was over priced. I’d suggest avoiding this one.
