First of all what happened to the burrito size??? I am a woman of only 5’4, my hands are tiny! Order was placed online and to be ready at 7:30 that we were picking up. Secondly, do you all not know how to read?? No sour cream mentioned on either of the burritos which were 2 of the exact same thing, yet one is coated in it, and neither of them had corn salsa on them either. Thirdly, what’s up with the tiny sliver of Barbacoa in the only semi edible burrito??? We ordered 72 dollars worth of burritos/bowls ($7 of it being a tip to the maker!!) and $20 plus is inedible. I will NEVER order online with you again! Thankfully, corporate stepped in to take care of this because the link to the automated system offered 2 BOGO offers for the next time we ordered. I don’t want your offer if you can’t get read and get it right!

I’ve had quite a few issues with this location over the years, but since the issues were usually minor I never said anything (though I’ve seen the reviews on here about asking for extra of anything on a delivery app through here is a joke and I 100% agree. Extra cheese should mean EXTRA cheese). However, today was a tipping point for me and the only reason that I’m leaving a two star review instead of a one is because the cashier was at least nice.

Ordered through doordash from this location. Was not impressed with my bowl or burrito. Asked for extra steak on the burrito and cheese definitely wasn’t even one portion. My bowl was not even half filled. I know if I was dine in or to go it would have been way better. Always slacking on doordash orders. Let me just add the burrito was 20$.

Pathetic…spent $50, for what. Here lately, the Burlington Chipotle just keeps getting worse and worse. Order the bowl, and when I got it, opened the lid, hardly anything in it. I asked for extra meat, extra fajitas, I got no fajitas, and no extra meat. My son didn’t get his order correct. How hard is it to follow directions. I could go to a real Mexican restaurant and eat good for the same price that I paid for Chipotle

Chipotle is for teens, single mothers, and their spawn. I don’t see but 1 or 2 reasonable excuses for a red-blooded, God-fearing, American man to go there. (Uber Eats, Door Dash, ect) Single men seen eating there self identify as left wing communist and for the most part are open or closet homosexual. (Not that there is anything wrong with that) Just not a place I’d walk into.

This Chipotle used to be good. Last 3 times have been bad. 1st, I got rock-hard black beans with cold rice. 2nd, I got WAY over cooked rice. It was mush. 3rd I got aweful rice again and bland chicken. Went back in and got bad rice again. This was a amazing Chipotle. I don’t know what happend.

We have ordered take out several times from this store. The last two times have been very disappointing. The bowl was 1/2 empty the last time and we contacted the store. We hoped for an improvement yet there was none with our last order. Will not spend money here again. It’s a shame since we recently spent a considerable amount of money here catering a birthday party.

Food was decent, but they need to work on timeliness of orders. I placed an order online and arrived at the store at the designated time, after the website said the order was completed. 4 people were working, 2 customers in line and one other person waiting. My order hadn’t been started yet. They only had 1 employee making orders and were preparing the walk in orders first. Then two associates were leaving and made their own food first, then they left. Twenty minutes later I received my food. I don’t mind waiting when there’s not enough employees working but this was just poor customer service. Unfortunately this is the second time in this has happened at this location in the past 2 weeks.
