A good place to get super tasty burgers in Pembroke. We ordered the Pincho and Perfecto burgers. The bread is delicious and soft. And the meat is fresh, juicy, and tasty to perfection. The place has a nice atmosphere and staff are very friendly. Service was fast! We didn’t like that they offer ‘Latin-burgers’ but they are very standard, super tasty, but we didn’t experience any special Latin-uniqueness in taste. Also, burgers and fries are excessively greasy. Other than that, a great place!

This place is great. The food is always very good and they also sell beers. The service is friendly and on point. The burgers and the vaca frita plate are my favorites, very yummy. But a bit pricey I have to admit. Dining area and bathroom were clean and tidy as well.

Worst location. Ordered on location, to go. First it took forever to get the food. When we finally got the bag just hurried out but when we got home all was incomplete, but very well charged. A steak plate with rice, beans and a salad. One shrimp kebob, a side order of fried cheese and a vaca frita grill cheese sandwich with fries. Well, there were no beans,, no fries and no fried cheese. Have dined here a few times and it rarely disappoints. Today they were running an awesome promotion to celebrate the new “Pincho” only name. $5 Vaca Frita Bowl & $5 Pincho Burger. Can’t complain for that price!

Classifying burgers in 4 tiers, I would classify this one as a tier 3. This burger was juicy and delicious with a toasted bun that made it even better. I know the place is called Pincho Factory, but trust me, the burgers are well worth it. I had mine with bacon, cheddar cheese and mayo-ketchup with a side of sweet potato tots which came with Apple butter sauce. They weren’t bad but I wasn’t crazy about them. I’ve had better.

My Sad plate with a stale pita bread that smelled rancid. The video of the steak pinchos on the the wall is never that! I’m a foody and it was a disappointment. When the girl that was supposed to take our order disappeared I felt something was not going to be right. No one at the cash register to take our order and our sad plate saids it all. The meat was salty and the shrimps had no taste. The tables we’re sticky. The Tostones were fried in cold oil cause they were greasy. Tostones are supposed to be crispy not greasy . I’m giving it a 2 as I did like the cilantro sauce.

This place is Your favorite foodtruck addiction on overdrive. My fiancee found this place and surprised me with it because they had one of my fav foodtruck eats the tostone burger. I wanted to eat everything but my stomach wouldn’t let me, the tea was not so great but the food, location and decor was a 10/10. I will definitely be back.

Been wanting to go here for sometime I went with my mom when she came to visit and it turned out to be the absolute best it did not disappoint at all!! The fried cheese is the ish you have not had a sandwich until you’ve had the fried cheese like literally. The sweet potato tots where great too loved them!!
