First time I stopped in they were sold out of food. Owner was nice and gave me a peach cobbler, which was so amazing, I had to come back.. second visit I made sure to come at opening. I ordered the pork steak and each side they had to offer, and the catfish basket. The food was hot and fresh, well seasoned, and reminded me of mom’s home cooking. Everything was very very good. I would recomend this restaurant to anyone looking for an authentic soul food spot.. this is comfort food at its best… 5 stars.

If you’re looking for a down-to-earth atmosphere, some truly amazing and authentic soul food and exceptional customer service paired with amazing personalities amongst every single staff member. Then you have found the right spot my friend! Feels like you’re eating at your grandmother’s house. And you can truly feel the love and care put into every single item on your plate. Not to mention my plate was completely overflowing! This will definitely be a regular spot of ours and I encourage everybody to come check them out. If I could give them 10 Stars I would!

First time eating there today after my surgery. I don’t normally leave reviews, but this restaurant got my attention. Everything was amazing. My family bought me multiple meals for the remainder of the day. I come from a family of cooks and I can definitely put my STAMP on this!
