So… the usual here… nothing special; rude cashier, trash everywhere, no one paying attention… so anything other than getting mugged I expected…. HOWEVER, the garlic parm sandwich wasn’t bad! Everything else was trash as usual (burnt soggy fries [idk how they manage to do that, must be a hidden skill], drink remix machine half empty etc) but it wasn’t bad at all!

I placed an order at 5:45pm for two people, to be picked up in store at 7pm. I arrived at 6:50pm expecting to have to wait 10 to 12 minutes for my order. At 7:20pm I began asking how much longer it would be before I recieved my order. At 7:40pm I asked to speak to a manager. He told me they were busy and my order was not ready yet. Five minutes later the manager gave me my order, without a portion of my food. Obviously the manager did not even check my order himself, even though it was very late. Poor management of time, poor management of team members, and very poor customer service. I will be ordering my wings from a different wingstop location from now on. Love the company’s food, but not the North Augusta, SC location.

When you call in an order they put you on hold and they don’t get back to you,call back they hang up on you order is never. Never ready when supposed to be, the people just don’t care,then they tell you you have to get the drinks with a combo, you get charged if you don’t get them,people are rude, the place has gotten to expensive to eat there, got to find another place

I do door dashes often and overtime I have noticed this one tall girl; I believe she’s a manager and she seems to always he yelling, fussin, and cussin up a storm. Not a very good place to be when you see managers and cooks fighting and yelling at cashiers. I love the company but the atmosphere just isn’t it a lot of the time.

They have definitely been going downhill. They use to be so good! Now my fries barely get any seasoning, and everything is soggy like it’s been sitting out. Idk if I’ll go back to wing stop anymore. I had already placed the order on the app and was still waiting a while. So I’m thinking everything’s gonna be fresh which is completely fine. Well I got it and everything was cold and soggy. They gave us a drink for free for waiting but $27 for nasty food.. im not one to call and complain and try and cause problems so I just ate it but wont be getting my business anymore. Its so sad bc I really did love Wingstop!
