Ridiculous experience. Constantly 25 people in line, 15+ waiting for pickup. I patiently waited 70 minutes for a take-away order. 1 of 5-6 employees (should be at least 10 with this traffic) places take-out bags on the shelf, *DOES NOT SAY CUSTOMER NAME / No acknowledgement for customers standing & waiting. You see the name on the order, and everyone standing there.. why not inform the customer when it’s ready?

Everything looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in ages. The bathrooms were disgusting and the chairs looked like someone went around with queso fingers and manhandled them months ago. The workers preparing the food did a good job and were nice, but the curly haired kid without a visor working the cash register was super dismissive and barked “is that it” like 8 times in 15 seconds. Didn’t get a receipt. The restaurant was like 50 degrees because God forbid you want to sit down and eat.

This location of Qdoba is the BEST one I have ever been to. Food is excellent but much more! Loan the General Manager and his team make sure the food is fresh, location constantly cleaned!, Great atmosphere and friendliest staff! Highly recommended!! I am brunette so it was not mine. So gross. Will never go back to any qdoba since I noticed the slowness is at every location too

10:45am There are 10 people waiting outside for them to open, food getting cold on the take out shelves. FOUR Employees inside make eye contact with me between 10:30 & 10:45 still the doors remained locked and 10 hungry customers waiting outside in the blowing cold snow.
