We order from this Dominoes about every three weeks, however our more recent pizzas were delivered old, dry and practically inedible. They also got our order wrong far as the crust that I ordered. I called the store and spoke with the manager, Amber, who said she would put a note on my account that we I would receive my next order for no charge to make up for the bad order. I went to that store yesterday to pick up my “complimentary” pizzas, and was told that Amber had not entered any notes into my profile, and that they would not honor what she told me. As much money as we have spent at this location and how well we tip every driver, I am extremely disappointed with the manager’s apathy about her regular customers and lack of concern for the bad order.

Worst Domino’s I have ever dealt with. I ordered $53 worth of food on 2/23/23 at 2:50pm didn’t receive my order until 4:30pm. When I called and complained about the late delivery time and the pizza being ice cold the guy said he was the managed and would give me a credit for the full amount on my next order. We’ll my wife tried to order today 3/3/23 and she was told there was no credit for us. Then I called and tried to get it fixed only to be told by the guy working to call dominos corporate and complain. This is by far the worst dominos ever. Oh and by the way if you try to call corporate you can’t get thru to anyone.

I frequent this location as a major pizza fan. Can honestly say they’ve never let me down. Followed special instructions to the letter, always professional when I walk in, and even upgraded me from a small to a medium at no extra charge late one night because they were out of small dough. The app always has coupons for good savings, and the pizza is always delicious. Highly recommended.

I ordered a pepperoni pizza and a sandwich. Both were cold when I picked it up, the pizza looked old, the sandwich bread was hard. I under stand it’s a toasted sandwich but it shouldn’t be hard. When I called I was hung up on. And now can’t get anyone on the phone.

Don’t expect them to answer the phone. I put in an order online and called to give instructions. I sat on hold for 20 minutes before I hung up and called the line again and they answered, I said I had instructions for my delivery driver, then sat on hold for another 10 minutes before I hung up. I don’t know how in the last year or so this place has taken such a decline, but it has.
