Hey! We never actually got our order and when we called about it, we were told that one of the drivers will mix up orders on purpose when a name is “ethnic sounding.” We were told that our order would be replaced, but its been two hours and it hasn’t arrived. We are currently trying to call the restaurant, but they won’t actually pick up. Meaning we are out $40 since we never got our food and the only contact we got since that phone call is a measly coupon in our email that is a worse deal than the standard one everyone can access when they first go on the website. As far as we know, this driver never has and never will see consequences for this despite him having a reputation for doing this and the lack of assistance we saw afterwards is appalling.

The customer service sucks . The server is a black man whos extremely dirty and needs to clean it up as he is in the food service industry , very disrepectful he called me out my name because i told him his nose was running. The manager came out to listen in but isnt going to rectify the problem they talked over the pizza spit comes from your mouth as u speak not cool in my opinion . Food was served fast but they need to learn customer service . Cleanliness is everything wash hands frequently as they dont wear gloves .

Online experience was alright, ordered my food and everything was going well until the delivery time kept changing and then at one point it said the website was down and they were having technical difficulties after the fact that I put my credit card in and it went through. I waited almost an hour and a half for a Pick Up, I was gonna get it delivered but thought pick up was gonna be fast but I was wrong. When I got to the store nobody helped me until I asked for help even though the workers were just standing around. When I got my pizza I drove straight home because I had to feed my family not even thinking I should check my food. Got home and my pizza was all flipped in my box the other one was supposed to be a extravaganza pizza but the toppings seemed like they were just thrown on there and all 3 of my pizzas seemed like they were not even cooked all the way. Worst experience ever!!!!

SUPER creepy experience here after prior poor experience. Ordered a couple pizzas in the past from this location and they were gross and soggy and not cut at all and impossible to pull apart. Tried again tonight and ordered for contactless delivery, took over an hour to get my pizza and the absolute creep delivering didn’t knock or ring the doorbell but showed up and peered through my windows and stayed there looking through creepily until my husband got up to get the pizza. Meanwhile my dogs are going nuts and we select contactless for a REASON which went ignored so that’s frustrating but also…dude. Not appropriate to see a woman’s order and look through her windows at 10pm.

Spent $40 on 1 pizza, delivery fee, and tip. Waited an hour. Was told they only have 1 driver. Waited another 40 mins. Pizza showed up cold. Driver Jorge was rude and lied to my face. Liliana laughed it off and told me I should have called. They won’t give you your money back either. Only a credit towards your next order with them. This place is a joke. Go somewhere else.
