I ordered online today for the first time in ages. I pulled in, clicked “I’m here” and my order was immediately brought out to me. She said it was perfect timing as it just came out of the oven. Perfect timing as they told me exactly when to be there and it was great!! Food was hot and this is super convenient for me!!

So the lady took my order and ran my credit card without ever telling me the total price. Once she told me I realized that she didn’t apply the special. She then told it’s too late which I understand but I think they should definitely tell you what your charge is going to be prior to running the card. I would have NEVER paid that much for Domino’s pizza and I would have definitely made sure she applied the special if she gave me a total. Horrible service

I have never been met with such gross incompetence or poor customer service skills in my life. I order on 8/23, and when we received the order the pizza had the wrong ingredients and was cut wrong. We called and they told us that basically we were their LAST priority and it was going to be an hour for a new pizza. I waited 90 minutes and still nobody came so I went to bed. The delivery driver came and when nobody answered instead of calling me (which they do regularly and I would have woken up to it) the left it on the porch and now we have a horrible ant problem.

I don’t understand what is going on! I ordered a Philly cheese sandwich and I got to say it was 90% bread 7% vegetables and 3% steak! I also ordered the jalapeno and bacon cheese bread with light jalapenos. I will tell you it seemed like there was extra jalapenos no cheese no bacon and a lot of bread. Very disappointed at this Domino’s and I live right next door to it. Shame I won’t be ordering from there anymore this is not the first time and I’m tired of wasting my money.

The service is inconsistent at best. I only gave them the 3 stars because I did not want to take credit away from the few hard working employees they do have. My last visit was especially disappointing when I saw a raw ball of dough sitting on the counter by the register (needless to say outside of the food prep area). I brought it to the staff’s attention to which he acknowledged he knew about it. No attempts were made to clean it up. Do better Dominos.
